  1. You always have the best pictures!! Very very nice job. I can’t get over what a good little boy your Aidan is. I hardly even heard a peep from him in the bus. I’ll send you a picture I took of him sleeping on the lazy boy like a little prince. 🙂 Thanks for helping to organize this!

  2. Hi Anton!
Im a Kapampangan at a certified food lover. But sad to say, Im not so familiar where is the Claude Tayag’s Bale Dutung Resto? Can you give me its exact Pampanga address?
Thanks in advance and as soon as we get its address my husband and I will surely gonna visit the place (“,)

  3. Where is this place in Pampanga? I have tried Claude Tayag’s taba ng talangka in a jar which I found in Unimart. A bit pricey but it’s delicious. Reminds me of the ones we get to buy at Sevilla’s in San Miguel Bulacan in the 80’s. Got to try his resto in Pamapanga!

  7. hi sir.. the pictures were great.. is this resto belongs to one of the best ten in the philippines?
i was looking for some background on it but unfortunately…nothing stated..hope you’ll have it next time.. godspeed

  8. Bale Dutung is not the only best restaurant serving Kapampangan cuisine. there are many others which have great offerings, and authentic at that. I have tried the Cucina Tours of Tita Lilian Mercado Lising-Borromeo, a distant relative of Jose Rizal. It offers old rustic and authentic native kitchen with heirloom kitchen tools and implements, and age-old heirloom recipes. A gastronomic feast and a historical learning experience.
