The Avenue Q Manila December Repeat Performances will be from 14-23 December 2007 with performances on:
14 & 21 December 2007 Friday 8pm
15 & 22 December 2007 Saturday 2pm and 8pm
16 & 23 December 2007 Sunday at 3pm
Most Filipinos would buy the tickets on the last minute in December and I guarantee that this will be sold out sooner than the first run. You can get tickets from Ticketworld but it is already a little bit expensive. I know two friends who bought shows on Dec. 15 and you can get it from them directly. Just say you are friends of OAP and I’m sure you’ll get a great seat 🙂 Not sure, if they are giving discounts — maybe an early bird, maybe not.

i was able to watch avenue q on the last day of their first manila run but i’m looking forward on seeing it again. might get tickets for the 16th. im not aware on who bought the show for the 23rd, but i read in the paper that rachel alejandro bought the dec.20 show (im not 100% sure though). this time ill be getting the orchestra instead of the loge. what’s a couple of hundred pesos more if you’re in for a very good show right? :))

Was able to catch Avenue Q last night. It was as amazing as you said! Some people who were also able to watch the New York show said that the Manila and New York shows were not comparable as they were different from each other. To be sure, Filipino singers are truly wonderful! Btw, do you know the names of the bad idea bears, if they do have names? They’re haunting me, hahaha!
the show here is very very good. i was able to watch avenue Q in London and comparing it from the show here in Manila.. the show still had the same kick and flavor, Felix, Rachel and others are very good… No disappointment at all. Thumbs up!!! of course, no difference in the story / plot / songs. It may be even better to watch the Manila show because there is a Give Ruv on Christmas Day bonus song at the end. =)
