….the new biggest bravest thing dream thought filipinos and it’s government can do….is to fullfill their one of a kind promises like…..every can’t afford elementary-high school level children in every philippine corners anywhere in the country….will go to public school year 2008….second one is providing them with free school meals of breakfast and lunch with choices of sticky arroz caldo o a large vegetable spring rolls o sariwang lumpia o pork siopao but only with fresh fruit juices or natural fruit shakes….a free school supplies like papers books copier machines in libraries experimental fees excursion fees brownies-boy-girl scout uniforms a free national public uniforms including one pair of white shoes and white socks each made from locally produces materials all whites{boys] or pastel pinks{girls}for all elementaries with hanging-neclace picture I.D.’s with different colors or designs to identify regions-communities they belong…..free bicycle driving-riding class and in-school public students loans to own-buy bicycles and raincoats for all needy can’t afford families….a community services punishments for parents who refused to mandate their children to be in school for this 2008 enrollment….starting 2008 NO ONE CENTAVO school tuition fees of anykind but must collect sin taxes to all students including from unnecesary noises untidyness rowdiness loiterings or unattentive etc.{one peso each offenses}5 pesos for NO homeworks-tardiness each classes and 20 pesos each absences….believe it or not this will cut more than half of all family abuses-poverties including the almost non existence of child rapes-molestations and family incests in entire philippines….if this can be implemented as it is….how come….well financial stresses on their young children are off….the rules will keep chidren from studying more at home to avoid extra financial burdens like absences….father-mother don’t want to go to jail for not being supportive and responsible for their own childrens welfare….that would create-build a defense mechanism for the child…. the father to leave his children alone studying than be burden to go to jail to keep his little girls alone with him at home to molest beaten child labor or sold for beer-illegal drug money or work extra to pay for no school homeworks….NOW who’s filipinos in his her right mind do’nt want this beautiful wonderful great dream to happened to his-her own sisters brothers sons or daughters mothers fathers or it could be YOU….later….just this one educational sacrifices will actually-definitely help erased more than half of your poverties no later than 2010….after 2010 you will have to worry only on your public college professionals to make sure they can graduate….hopefully when lady president steps down in 2010 doubling of all philippines teachers
salaries are implemented….nationwide….one accomplishments to another each year….good luck to beautiful smiling friendly creative imaginative humble people of the philippines….
….how to make education dream come true-happened{the gigantic-enormous tasks possible}….simple….first good hearted philippine government must used one old big unwanted building{but fix it} in every city nationwide{divide floor levels on diff.varieties}to order-produce-made{sewings}all locally made ‘RAW’ school uniform materials {small-medium sizes larger sizes are not in poverty more likely?}-I.D.s necklace colored-varied designs materials-rubberized plastic raincoats-sealed small plastic with info.i.d. cards{just pictures later}shoes & socks raw materials-weather proof school backpacks designs varies on school levels{elem. and high school}notebooks papers pens-pencils crayons erasers where all eligible no one centavo tuition fees students can shop all school supplies they need but for ONE TIME a year only….for more extra school supplies for later like papers-pencils-crayons are with their areas school libraries….ground floor can be the food preparations{cookings]-packings-deliveries like mcdonalds does it in a way except smaller but the same or even higher in qualities….large refrigerated-freezer vans-trucks are needed for each school assigned areas
…..2007-2008 students surveys are needed for eligibility requirements and for next year 2008-2009 seat-school supplies reservations….but NO free school supplies or loans of anykind to any public elementary-high school students if parents income exceeds 120,000,00 total net yearly income….but ‘all’ public elementaty and high school’s ‘no’ one centavo tuition fees are for all students regardless of their parents yearly incomes….just this public education details sacrifices will again eliminate more than half of your entire poverties by 2010 guaranteed….good luck for your poor childrens better future….
….RE: educational dream: corrections please…..cannot exceed 120,000,00 phpesos per individual spouses with one child in elem.-high school….meaning 240,000,00 phpesos total net yearly income per household regardless of how many children they have in elem.-high schools to become eligible for FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES in school LOANS{includes all uniforms field trip expenses lab.fees etc.}….all NO fEES picture I.D.’s must be also taken for free in that main government school ONE STOP SCHOOL SHOP per year old unwanted but fix buildings in every city nationwide….refrigerated-freezer mobile delivery canteens stainless steel trucks-large vans must be bought ordered new{security reasons}….if implemented correctly….by 2010 rest assured that more than half of your country’s entire poverties will dissappear-wiped out from your second-third world past histories….right implementation is the key….

….not agreeing….is good….and healthy…. meaning you are aware of the issues….ibig sabihin you took the time to think-scrutinized the issues your way….my comments here in our awesome planet’s….sala’s makati reincarnation….can explain why not agreeing is o.k…..can be healthy….since i can only tell-express my views thru another lens-another sides….meaning ‘i am not’ here to pressure anyone to agree with me…..simply to express my views that maybe? of useful-helpful to anyone concerns….there are millions of things i can tell that ‘impossibly’ happened but none of us will agree that it did-could happened kasi we have no power na makita ang lahat ng mga happenings ng mga tao individually as if we are standing above the horizons to see their entire life scopes o di kaya large cinema screen like that could pin point ‘focus’ automatically on any person in particular when or while the ‘impossibly’s’had happened or those ‘impossibly’s’ are just happening….to prove….confirmed it’s existence….uncasting of the doubt’s……that millions of things that are impossible….are actually ‘NOT’….they look-seems-appear that way maybe because of people like you….who do’nt want to try bigger but simple pictures but feel-has needs to settle to things that failed to deliver dreams{with imperfections in between is common sense}…that can come true….but will not come true….because you don’t want to find out to know….reasons why ‘impossibles’ are still not possible….it would never be….unless we challenge all those unchallengeable….
….why not?….what’s wrong with free ‘basic’ poor public filipino schools education…..what’s wrong with providing the public poor pupils-students basic schools with something they cannot afford….but only dream about….but needed to have….to start with something….what’s wrong if filipinos has big dreams big thoughts big brave agendas to confront hope fight for….if brave thoughts are possible or….for example only:….if it failed….would you rather be like some particular white american husband who’s idea of big thoughts is to NOT to have thoughts…..better to be playing silent initially on possible misfortunes of others maybe like his wife….so that if other people with big dreams & big thoughts failed….that particular husband & others whoever was on his side ‘initially’ can get lucky…of course NOT…just my personnal analysis on what is happening in some parts of the world….that others didnt know coz the worsts parts already happened now this kind of particular american husband is playing so cool just like his old younger fresh ‘initial’ in love days character….as if his initial silence in all mysteries what his wife was asking begging him for….means he never did what he did so his ‘concerned’ wife could feel desperate asked reached out for other people including strangers of what’s going on….so now there ‘s something going on coz his actions of total silence that could disturbed his wife could burdened her further so it needs some solutions….solutions of reaching out to the world….that we must all hope will NOT fail….solutions that separate good dreamers great thinkers brave doers from ‘opportunists’cold blooded bystanders that can be someone else spouses….or neighbors…..or relatives…..coz opportunistic person can be selfish unworthy or a disaster to great results that big thinkers dreamers brave doers hopefully can prove to the rest of the societies that thinking big like a free public elementary high school educations can overcome negatives-non supporters-social ills-unnecessary accidents by ignorants{like strange spouses or any citizens around the world}}that it can direct all poor children to ‘test’ themselves in early school levels….if they should GO to college or simply just be someone else spouses or a miserable junky kind street vendor….but their early free levels of public educations without any doubts will not or at least will ‘lessen’ their desire to be NOBODY or just a male female sex objects of low dirt businesses…..those early free public educations can help prevent if not stop them from becoming a sources-pools available as societies easy targets or even anyone’s spouses innocent ‘victims’….so let’s call all ‘drop outs’ in smiling beautiful loving humble philippines to get out from your caves….from your’safe’haven & go back finnish your elementary high school educations now….please….do it for your under priviledge children do it for your suffering spouses for your communities peace….your societies contributions….and one day when you become useful to the world….remember all those taxpayers WHO sacrifices in giving you the educations you needed….so you can have a life….a life that is wiser happy healthy lovely hopefully…..with or without any particular spouses like the ones i was talking about lol!….good luck to all those WHO have courage to even TRY and WHY NOT?….
