Angelati Italia in Megamall

Angelati Italia – One of the best gelato in Manila opened their first store in Megamall. We love their Hazelnut, Pure Pistachio, and Mascarpone Crumble flavor.

Angelati Italia is located in the ground floor of Megamall A (this is where the skating rink is located).

Here is the retail prices for Angelati Italia. You can Text or Call them for delivery @ +63917-889-0110.

I’m planning to do a posts on the top 10 ice cream of Manila. What is your favorite ice cream/gelato/frozen yogurt secret in Manila?

  1. Hard to pin down favorites – for premium ice cream, I still love Haagen Dazs for the purity of flavor. Among the local ice cream shops, I have a fondness for Magnolia since it’s all about childhood nostalgia; and they have a store near my house for easy access! Sebastian’s has great flavors, the chocolate is one of the best I’ve ever had. There’s a new outlet for interesting flavors in Salcedo Market, so I’m reserving judgement on that for now. The gelatos locally haven’t been able to replicate the great pistachio flavors I’ve had overseas, and consistency has been spotty. Oh, and at the Salcedo and Legaspi market, there’s a fro-yo vendor who does a really good intense chocolate flavor.

  2. Hi Anton,
The skating rink is located at Megamall A.
Megamall B is where the department store is.
    have a nice day^^

  3. This is at the Mega A building indeed, ground floor near the Information Booth, Mc Donald’s, Sisley or Benetton? The skating rink is just an escalator away, at the lower ground floor.

  4. I’m not a big fan of Angeli’s gelato. I’ve practically tried every gelato here in manila, still looking for that smooth, soft creamy texture of a real gelato, sadly, this particular gelato brand is disappointing. Its texture is just like any ordinary ice cream and the flavors are not fresh nor authentic. The chocolate gelato taste like Milo! For the price i paid for, i should have bought FIC na lang, mas worth it pa! Do try Pazzo’s gelato in Rockwell, so far that is the closest thing I’ve tasted to the real thing. =)

  5. Dark Caramel ice cream of Cuillere in Serendra! Very adult appeal, the best! An Arce ice cream, but only available at this resto!

  6. Hi Anton,
This is off the subject of ice cream but close. It’s about a small resto in Tiwi, Albay that serves great Halohalo- DJC . I’m not sure if you have visited the place but thought I’d share it to you anyway. 🙂 Most people would agree that it’s the best halo halo in the entire Philippines. I went there last Feb and it’s really good! Though I’m not really a halo halo fan, remembering how good it was makes me want to rush back to Tiwi. It’s a bit of an adventure trying to look for the store too…just go to Tiwi and ask the locals where the best Halohalo is and they’ll show you how to get there.
It’s pretty well known in the Albay area.
Thanks for the post about Angelati…I’ve passed by their stall several times and got really curious if it’s any good..one of these days I’ll be trying it out.

  7. 1.FIC’s Pistachio!
    2.Magnolia’s Double Dutch
    3.Selecta’s Super Chocolate
    4.Arce’s Coffee Crumble
    Thanks!

  8. my top four:
    1. Mixed Berries – FIC
    2. Macadamia White – Sebastians
    3. Vanilla – Magnolia
    4. Coffee Crumble – Selecta

  9. Angelati’s good, but not one of my favorites. The flavors sound better than they taste. They do better with the simpler flavors like hazelnut or pistachio. In contrast, Sebastian’s flavors are not just interesting, but positively scrumptious! As much as I adore Haagen Dazs, I actually prefer to eat Sebastian’s because of the exciting flavors. I can’t even pick a favorite, there are too many, but must-tries would be Pastillas de Leche (NO ONE makes it better), Butter Pecan, Up All Night, Chocoholics, Swiss Choc. Cheesecake, Nutella, and Bailey’s.
Pazzo is good gelato, too. I like their Dulce de Leche and Mexican Chocolate (with chili). Arce’s Avocado, Coffee and Dark Caramel are yummy.
Symphony Sweets from the Salcedo Market has unusual flavors like Zabaglione and even Curry! I bought the former and quite like it, primarily because it reminds me of eggnog. And yes, that fro-yo cart/stall in Salcedo Market is good — the Dark Chocolate is intense!

  10. FIC’s mangoes and cream (or is it mangoes in cream?)
    and
    Arce Dairy’s vanilla
I also like Baskin & Robbin’s chocolate chip.
I wish they had more branches here.

  11. Christine,
is that the halo-halo with cheese topping, i think? i was in albay once, and we went to what was said to be the best halo-halo. but i forgot the name of the place. if it is, then i would agree!
    pazzo’s – gelato
    FIC – raspberry
Arce – caramel and dark chocolate
    magnolia – strawberry
i really should stop thinking of ice cream!

  12. I superlove the gelato from Piazza Pazzo in Rockwell (Menta, Biscotti, Pistachio, Hazelnut), then there’s Gelatone in Greenbelt. I also love FIC’s Red Monggo! It’s fast becoming our block’s favorite ice cream flavor. =) Good thing Ateneo’s near The Plant lang, lots of good ice cream stores around. But nothing can beat Ben and Jerry’s Choco Chip Cookie Dough and Half-Baked flavors. Yum! I get my B&J fix from S&R. =)

  13. Try out Dolce Gelato in SM Mall of Asia, I promise you wont be disappointed. 🙂 I brought my family there and we all came out happy.
The stall is very cute looking too, my daughter thought she was in Italy

  14. I had the opportunity to try out the BEST gelato in the Philippines, I think its called dolce , or dolce gelato , its in Mall of Asia fronting Bo’s Coffee. I think that they are new, it was the first time I have seen them and i think they are only in MOA, as of now.
There was this very cute girl serving me too, I think she was the owner, very pretty and pleasant.
I believe that they have around 14 flavors, I had a cone of pistachio and thought it was really good.
If you are in MOA, check it out, you wont be disappointed.

  15. The best gelato I’ve eaten so far is Caffe Ti-Amo’s. They have a branch in SM North Edsa and in SM Manila. I think they’ll be having another branch in Greenbelt.
Their green tea gelato is — uh, I can’t describe it in words, sorry. Haha. It’s too good for words. Their dark chocolate gelato is very good too.
