Ironically, the Ensaymada Factory is known for their big cheese rolls, chicken empanada, caramel cake (with yummy toppings), and canonigo instead of the ensaymada. You got to try their new flourless cookies. Most of the goodies are baked fresh from this main store. They also sell their goodies in the Salcedo Saturday Market.

di ko pa natikman ang ensaymada dahil wala available ibake pa daw pero masarap yung cheese roll and chicken empanada. Yung Food for the Gods hindi ako nasarapan. will try the ensaymada and caramel cake (wala ako nakita nito) next time.
Hi Anton. You mentioned that they had flour-less cookies. Does that mean it is wheat-free and safe for celiacs? Do you have any other suggestions of products and restaurants that have wheat-free products?
the owner is super nice…i guess you can also order cakes from her. what i like most is the cheese roll…talagang may cheese inside at hindi tinipid….i also like their sandwiches…you’ll really get your money’s worth.
