Step 1: If the pizza is not that good, serve bread as an appetizer. This will ensure that the guest will be full before they get to their pizza.
Step 2: Make sure that you cut the pizza with a dull bread knife to buy time for the bread to settle in. Remember the 20 minute rule?
Step 3: Quickly move the pizza piece on the plate so that they wont see that you touched it with your hands.
Step 4: Dust your hands of any crumbs and pizza debris and shout, “more bread please!”
Step 5: Serve the bread with the pizza so that they will not come back for more.

A Guide for New Waiters: How to Serve Bellissimo Pizza
