not anymore unfortunately. you can see the night glow but the balloons won’t
fly anymore.

May I know the reason why the scheduled balloon flight in the afternoon didn’t push through? Thanks.
The scheduled flight is usually in the morning already at 5.30am…. You
need to leave 3am in Manila to really see it.
