hey anton! question, for this kind of yoga- can it be done by beginners? also,do you have to be ultra sporty to do surfing? I want to join! but I’m kinda hesitant. (PS. Saw you in Rent- Feb. 6, scared to say Hi. :P)
Hey anton, we joined the first FLOW event! You’ll see us in some of the pics posted here. It was ok, although we had to spend the first night in a dark, humid room and no running water the whole day (there was a blackout and resort didn’t have generators!). We all went to bed sandy and smelly! Haha. Should be better this time. Have fun! 🙂
This event is really meant for beginners. The waves should be tamer this summer so you should be able to learn to surf 🙂
