Our Awesome Planet and San Miguel Lifestyle Brews invite you to the Biggest Ultimate Taste Test ever in the Philippines!

Finally, the Ultimate Taste Test Event we’ve all been waiting for… 🙂 I’m excited because we are now staging it in the NBC Tent with 50 suppliers (see list below) and as many as 1,000 Foodies. We will accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis until the 1,000th foodie slot.

You can taste ANY of the latest food in Manila and even pair it with San Miguel Super Dry, Premium All-Malt or Cerveza Negra. 🙂 Technically, it is not a buffet. Just imagine yourself going inside the kitchens of these home-based food businesses and getting a taste of their food. The best thing about this experience is that you can rate them and provide feedback to these food/drink suppliers. 🙂

 What: Ultimate Taste Test 4.0 — Be a Food Critic for a Day!

 Contribution Fee:
 P230/head  (P100 each for children who are 3-6 years old) 

 Includes: 
 – P200 contribution to 
MASED (Macario Arnold for Socio-Economic Development) Foundation’s Out-of-School Youth Program
 – P30 is for one bottle of any of the San Miguel Lifestyle Brews:
 San Miguel Super Dry, Premium All-Malt and Cerveza Negra

 Note: We will only serve beer to Foodies 18 years old and above.
 
Beer inside the event will be sold at Php 50 per bottle.

How to participate as one of the 1,000 foodies in the event?

Pre-registration is still available. To secure your slot as a Foodie, just pay the P230 Contribution Fee per head via BPI Bank Deposit to:

  1. We already did reserve two slots a month ago thru paypal and just by giving our email address as our only ID, like you instructed/ mentioned on your previous blog. Do we need to reconfirm it?? Im just kinda worried, because the price for the pre-registration wasn’t 230 before, there might be some discrepancy with our reservations.

  2. Wheeeeee! So excited it was moved. I would’ve missed it if it pushed through last April. I’m just waiting for confirmation from Rache. The last UTT was wonderful, but I know this will be even better. Cannot wait!

  9. We can probably offer the P30 option for the first beer for those who pre-registered. We were able to fix the pricing  just recently. Beer will be available for tasting but you can purchase a bottle for P50 of San Miguel Super Dry / Cerveza Negra / San Miguel Premium All-Malt

  13. Hi Anton! Ted Capacillo here – remember me as the winner of the free tickets to the recent RENT restaging? My wife Joyce and I have been waiting for UTT 4.0 all this time. More so now that CHILE VITAS is one of the suppliers – the owner is a marketing consultancy client of my wife who practically developed the brand. Unfortunately I got to read your post only now so I have the same concern as the guy before me – I plan to deposit my payment tomorrow morning, but what if there are no more slots left? Considering your current readership base, 1000 slots can be easily filled up in a jiffy. We’ve already missed the previous 3 tasting events (the latest by merely about a dozen slots past the cut-off) so we don’t intend to be left out this time around – not if we can help it. A wee bit of an S.O.S. distress call here?

    There are still a lot of slots left because we will only count reservation once it is paid. We are still expecting to accommodate some walk-ins next week.

    We are just nearing the 500 mark for those who paid and pre-register. There are a lot who wants to reserve a slot but we only official include it in the list once it is paid. We expect to get full after elections 🙂

  30. For now, we only require suppliers to supply taste test portions (1 bite) to 1,000 foodies and for those bringing in electrical stuff, there is a minimum fee.

    As much as we want to accommodate all foodies, we are overbooked. We wanted to ensure we have enough taste test portions for those who pre-register.

    We won't allow walk-ins during the event because we are overbooked as it is… We will invite earlier next time.
