Stacy’s is like a full-blown Sonja’s resto with interiors inspired by Martha Stewart. It is a family-friendly restaurant in Capitol Hills serving home-cooked comfort food.
It’s cute, designed for kids, and a place with all-day breakfast goodness. I guess you could consider it the Conti’s of QC.
Stacy’s is the first restaurant venture of partners Aby Natividad-Nachura (the head chef of Del Monte Test Kichen) and Angelique Abesamis-Castro (a prop stylist for Working Mom). They dedicated it to Angelique’s 102-year-old grandmother named Stacy, who’s known for her excellent cooking.
★ Free Butter Popcorn for Kids 🙂
Who can resist free butter popcorn with touches of pretzels and marshmallows? Aidan, Joshua, and Raphael instantly loved it.
Stacy’s Menu: All-Day Breakfast, Hooray! | Everyday Soup & Greens | Lovin’ Spoonfools | After Brunch Stacy’s Specials & Ready Spaghetti!
The atmosphere is quite homey and inviting. The ambiance is Heima-inspired, perfect for weekend family brunches or first birthday/baptismal celebrations.
Cream of Wild Mushroom (P105 +10% service charge).
The soup was served hot and had a pleasantly strong mushroom flavor. It’s simple comfort food done well.
★ Monkey Toasts (P145 +10% service charge). Fluffy pieces of cinnamon French toasts topped with sweet caramelized bananas, whipped peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. Works best with freshly brewed coffee.
The french toast looked like a soft pancake sandwich with banana, strawberry and creamy peanut butter. The ultimate comfort food you can order in the menu — good for kids and kids-at-heart.
(This was a historical moment for Aidan because his first tooth fell off that day. He was proud of it and he never complained that it was ouchy.)
★ Manila Pride (P190 +10% service charge). Boneless Bangus blissfully marinated the old-fashioned way in coconut vinegar, heaps of garlic and flavourful peppercorn. Pan-fried ’til golden and then topped with a fresh mix of our very own mango & tomato salsa. Served with velvety herbed cheese omelette and roasted garlic rice.
I love their breakfast portions! This dish had a really fat and juicy Bangus Belly and buttery scrambled eggs.
(Aidan has already discovered the joys of board games. He liked playing tic-tac-toe in between eating.)
Lemon Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair (P205 +10% service charge).
Stacy’s pasta combinations are simple and straightforward, and come in portions that can be shared. I liked how they paid careful attention to the presentation of each dish that they served.
Homebaked Chicken Parmesan (P190 +10% service charge). Everyday food has never been this tasty! Baked chicken fillet in Italian herbs and chunky tomato sauce layered with oodles of Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese, topped on a bed of herbed rice pilaf.
This chicken parmesan had the right sourness (c/o the tomato), good amount of cheese, and generous serving of chicken. The heart-shaped rice was a bit hard; they should probably consider improving the quality of the rice that they use.
Texas Barbecue Ribs (P245 +10% service charge). Slow-cooked and oh-so-tender country style ribs, generously glazed with our very own lip-smacking barbecue sauce served with herbed rice and steamed veggies.
The meat was very tasty (thanks to the barbecue sauce on and around it) and was falling off the bones. I think it would have been better served with roasted garlic rice, though.
★ Sansrival Cake (P135 +10% service charge)!
We ordered Sansrival for dessert, and it was literally gone in 60 seconds. The butter cream they used was so smooth and quite addicting.
It was thoughtful of them to give these butter ball candies for the kids.
If you are looking for a feel-good food place in Quezon City, you should check out Stacy’s. It will certainly cheer you up. 🙂 We loved the simplicity and flavors of the comfort food they offered (except for the rice). Budget P300/head.
Note: I’m sure there will be a lot of kiddie parties on weekends, so please call before making the trip.

P.S. People in the Capitol Hills neighborhood say that most restaurants in Greenstreet close down after some time, like the once-popular-but-now-defunct Coffee Bean Santis Greenstreet branch. I do hope Stacy’s survives and finds success here.

Hi Anton! I love your blog! I’ve been to Stacey’s and i agree with you. I’m from Makati and i wish they had a branch near our place. However, i would like to respectfully disagree with Ms. Frannywanny as i’ve been to Felicity as well and I was quite disappointed. It looked so nice in pictures but when I got there, I felt deceived.It’s nothing compared to Stacey’s from the interiors and goodness of their home cooking down to the littlest details. More power to your blog!

Stacy’s is more focused on comfort food and the desserts I think is limited. Banapple is more known for their desserts rather than their food.
