From the original Iloilo creators of the Crave Burger comes a budding Japanese quick-service resto concept offering beef cooked teppanyaki-style and fried chicken with a Japanese-inspired sauce.

I personally like the flavor of the sauces and the quality of the beef used. It’s no wonder they had one of the popular stalls during UTT8 Global Gastronomy.

WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND YOUR FOOD?

MISONO EXPRESS is an emerging Japanese Teppanyaki quick-service restaurant that offers a wide variety of high quality Japanese and Pan-Asian dishes at affordable prices. The Name “Misono Express” was derived from the popular Japan-based restaurant, “Misono”, which introduced to the world the art of cooking food in an iron plate also known as Teppanyaki and the word “Express” that pertains to our fast food approach.

Misono Express’ approach to enter the local restaurant industry and put Japanese casual dining into a whole new level will be modern, sophisticated, and very affordable.

Currently, Misono Express has a delco-type branch along Dapitan Street in the University of Santo Tomas in Manila City.

Serving the B and C market, Misono Express has a following of satisfied customers such as families, office workers and even students who want to enjoy top-quality Japanese and Pan-Asian food at affordable price points.
