Imagine a pizza dough folded to form a big empanada with mozzarella cheese, pomodoro/ alfredo sauce, vegetables and meat inside. It’s deep fried and served with oozing hot insides. Your hot meal on the go!

WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND YOUR FOOD?
Mama Lou’s Panzarotti is a quick service concept by the people behind Mama Lou’s Italian Kitchen. A Panzarotti is a ‘hot pocket’ that has mozzarella cheese mixed with either a pomodoro sauce or an alfredo sauce and several other ingredients such as pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, vegetables and more. It is deep fried, creating steam inside and is cooked to perfection.
The inspiration of Panzarotti came from Milan, Italy, where it is well-known. It is considered as an Italian street food delicacy.
Our first market was January this year at Soderno Alabang and soon after at Mercato Centrale.
Foodies will surely love our Panzarotti; it’s something new, tasty and truly authentic Italian goodness.
