LE SPA “Duo” Couples Romantic Ritual is one of the most romantic couples massage experiences and best- kept secrets in Manila. I had second thoughts of sharing this secret but I believe this would be an awesome experience for happily married couples in Manila.

Here are some tips to plan your own LE SPA “Duo” Couples Romantic Ritual experience:

LE  SPA is the high-end luxury spa brand of Sofitel Luxury resorts.

Before you are massaged, you can visit the So Fit, Sofitel’s fitness center, for a good workout.

So Fit has complete workout machines from Life Fitness, free weights, and

… state-of-the-art training machine from Kinesis. So Fit is open daily from 6 am to 12 mn.

After workout, you can choose from two of the couple rooms in Le Spa.

 

Jardin D’ Eden

Jardin d’ Eden is the most in-demand and perfect sunset massage for couples.

It has an in-room bathtub with couple’s massage beds, 

… and the only couple’s room with a built- in sauna and shower room inside the room itself.

Its best feature is a private balcony that overlooks Sofitel’s swimming pool, and

… a romantic private view of the Manila Sunset! 

Make sure to book this room in advance and have your Couples Romantic Ritual from 4pm to 7pm. 

 

Harmonie

The second couple’s room is smaller, but ideal for couple’s massage in the morning because it does not face the morning sun. We stayed overnight in Sofitel and we sneaked out in the morning while the kids were sleeping to have the massage.

(Note: this room has a bath tub, two couple’s massage rooms, and a shower room. The restroom is outside and there is no sauna.).

LE SPA’s “Duo” Couples Romantic Ritual (P6,000). Indulge in a 3-hour use of a romantic couple’s suite with a choice of a 90-minute Marrakech Sweetness or Filipino Pride massage for two; includes a bottle sparkling wine, decadent pralines and a sensuous bath ritual.

We love the attention to details of the entire ritual — rose petals on the bubbling bath tub, with Martini champagne, mineral water, Galette pralines, green apples, and soft towels.

The first one- and- half hour is the couple’s personal time to relax, enjoy the view and celebrate life 🙂

Afterwards you have two massage options: Marrakech Sweetness or the Filipino Pride Massage.

Marrakech Sweetness. Transport yourself to the fragrant gardens of Marrakech with this ultimate mood enhancer. It begins with a mint and green tea exfoliation, followed by a light and gentle massage using wide, sweeping hand movements.

Filipino Pride. Relieve muscle tension and energize the body with this invigorating combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai and reflexology massages.

I personally like the stronger reflexology massage. The masseurs are very good, very professional and provide an excellent relaxing massage.

Highly recommended for couples when celebrating anniversaries or special occasions!
