Nikki Wilkerson of Uni-Chefs is one of the interesting bakers to watch out for. She apprenticed with Jacques Torres NYC, whose cookies are voted as the best in the world. She learned the techniques and now applies them to her signature cakes (using local ingredients) and other baked goodies as part of Uni-Chefs catering service.

She likes to do flavors that are “simple and perfectly done” vs. something new, weird, or different.
Once you’ve tasted her cakes, you’ll notice the difference.

Only thing is, they’re based in Villa Teresa in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Pampanga’s premier catering company is now offering it’s Signature Dessert line in Manila! Uni-Chefs Catering started as a home-based cake company. Before that, the owners had a restaurant in San Francisco since 1983 called Sweet Sensations, and the owners moved to the Philippines in 1996 and opened Uni-Chefs Catering to serve our clients with the passion to perfect your life celebrations.
