TU’KA is the yummiest vinegar I have ever tasted! It’s an all-natural dipping sauce with a little bit of sweetness and spice. The flavor is addicting and is best paired with meat, fried dishes, or crackers. Indeed, Mauutal Ka Ta Talap!
You’ve got to have this on your Christmas table this Holiday Season. It’s also a great foodie gift. 🙂

The Story of TU’KA – Gourmet Spiced Vinegar
TU’KA MAUUTAL KA TA TALAP SPICED VINEGAR is a brainchild of my brother-in-law and I.
It was first introduced to the market in October 2012 in a food bazaar in Marikina. It then captured the hearts and palates of foodies in Metro Manila as well as nearby provinces.
Resellers such as restaurants, food stalls, pasalubong shops, canteens, and even carwash shops and individuals who wanted to sell in bulk and retail have grown in numbers. Indeed Tu’ka has gained popularity and has been a staple in patrons’ dining tables and kitchens.
It has been featured in “I Saw Da Sign” book published by Summit Media, Sunday Inquirer’s Lifestyle magazine, and has been blogged in PEP.Ph.
Today, we would like to venture into a broader market including food bazaars, and food expos.

I have tasted this Tu’ka vinegar when an officemate brought it to our office and most of us bought it and even would leave a bottle on our desks to use for every meal.
