URBAN PANTRY is a gourmet neighborhood store curated by Chris Tiu’s wife, Clarisse Ong-Tiu, and sister-in-law Carina Ong.
The twin sisters’ criteria for the products they carry are only those they are willing to buy and consume at home with their family. They love natural, healthy, homemade, and artisan products that are mostly made locally and are ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook.
They also create their own Urban Pantry product line if there are no items available in the market that they like.

Urban Pantry Dried Mango Chewies (P235/320g) and Crispy Squid Rings (P220)
We love their dried mangoes because they’re not too sweet, thinly sliced, well-formed, and taste better than your commercialized versions. Try the crispy squid rings, too — crispy and not too oily.
Urban Pantry Vanilla Almond Butter (P295/bottle) and Healthy Peanut Butter (P210/bottle)
Try the healthy version of their own Vanilla Almond Butter and Peanut Butter, which have a cleaner taste.
Frozen Pampano (P395/kilo)
Pampano from the family’s farm in Pangasinan.
Bangus in Chili Oil (P285)
My favorite! Better than your usual sardines. The bangus also comes from their farm.
Korean Bulgogi Marinade (P220)
For those days when you just need a good marinade for your meat and create magic in the kitchen.

I love URBAN PANTRY‘s local neighborhood store concept and the fact that they carry just the best gourmet and natural products available in the market. I also like their own line of products, which you can buy for your own consumption or for pasalubong/gifts for your friends and family.
