Jewel Heist at the Resort is an Escape Hunt real-life mystery room game experience, where players are transported 100 years in time to play the role of a famous London detective. The whole genre revolves around a resort where you need to solve the mystery of the missing jewel while also trying to escape within 60 minutes.
The Escape Hunt Manila is a live escape room franchised by Mike Kerveillant and partners after trying it and loving the original Escape Hunt Experience in Bangkok.

Room Brief: Designed exclusively for the Escape Hunt Experience Manila, this game transports you back in the early 20th Century where you play the part of a Famous London Detective. Priceless jewels have been stolen from German Socialite Jacoba Von Bismarck and the police need you help to get them back.
You need to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled game for the briefing.
While waiting there’s a box full of puzzles you can play with.
They have locked trunks for storing your bags and valuables.
You will be locked inside a simple room with a few objects and decorations.
To conserve and protect the crime scene we were asked to wear shoe covers.
Be wary of some clues that can be a distraction from the actual clues.
Make sure to open the locks correctly. Some locks are hard to budge, and is part of the challenge.
There’s always at least one math portion involved in every room, so better ready those problem-solving skills. Each room is provided with a whiteboard and markers for writing down clues and help you solve problems faster.
There are no physical activities involve, so wearing regular clothes will do.
The game masters are very generous with clues, and they will even give out free clues from time to time. But if you’re in a crunch, you can ask a clue in exchange for 1 minute of your time.
Tea and cookies are served in the lounge after the game, where you and your friends can share and chat your escape hunt experiences.
They also have the classic Escape Hunt London detective costumes you can wear for a photo opt after the game.
We solved the mystery just in the nick of time! A few seconds more and we could have lost. Phew!
Overall, we love Jewel Heist at the Resort the simple rooms made it easier for us to find the clues, but the puzzles behind them were the real challenge. We also love how they have a duplicate of each mystery room, where you can compete head-to-head with up to 10 friends to see which team can solve the fastest!

Escape Hunt has 2 Resort Rooms, 2 House Rooms and 2 Spa adventures. In the Resort Rooms you will solve the mystery of the missing jewels and in the House Rooms you will unravel the murder mystery of the prominent businessman murdered. In Spa Rooms, someone has trapped you inside and you have 1 hour to escape before being trapped inside forever! In each case there are several suspects, lots of clues and a great storyline.
