Here’s a photo essay of the Summer BBQ Cookout by Esquire Philippines in partnership with San Miguel Lifestyles Brews and Rockwell Land held last April 18, Saturday at the Power Plant Mall.
I loved the Summer BBQ Picnic setup held at Kirov Drive of Power Plant Mall (just right outside the Rockwell Tent).
It’s hard to resist the smell of grilled-on-the-spot Baby Back Spareribs by ‘Cue.
Cheeseburgers No.3 Sliders with French Fries served by 8 Cuts Executive Chef himself.
Summer BBQ Cookout is not complete without the free-flowing San Miguel Premium All-Malt Beer, San Miguel Super Dry, and Cerveza Negra.
I liked to pair the Baby Back Ribs with the refreshing taste of cold San Miguel Premium All-Malt under the heat of the summer sun.
The cheeseburger paired well with the Sweltering Bastard cocktail made of Don Papa rum, creole & chocolate bitters, ginger ale, citrus and a bit of soda.
The handmade cocktail was created by Enzo Lim of NYC’s Maharlika fame.
Best of all, a summer cook-out is never complete without awesome company of our friends – Arvi, Marmi and Java Perez.
