Finally, we are ready to announce the most exciting tasting event that most food lovers and connoisseurs in Manila are waiting for!

Our Awesome Planet and San Miguel Lifestyle Brews present the 2015 Ultimate Taste Test, the celebrated food tasting event, on September 12, 2015 Saturday at the Glorietta Activity Center from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This much-anticipated annual food trip enables food lovers to be food-critics-for-a-day by sampling mouth-watering new flavors in Manila from over 40+ home-based food businesses and new food discoveries from Ayala Mall’s merchants.

Now staging the 13th in the UTT series – Ultimate Taste Test 2015, food blog pioneer Anton Diaz of Our Awesome Planet embarks on this first awesome partnership with Ayala Malls.

I. About Ultimate Taste Test:

Ultimate Taste Test 2015 is a gathering of different concessionaires who give a free taste of their latest goodies that are already in the market, have just been launched or will soon to be launch.

The atmosphere is festive and everybody has a good time giving in to all kinds of gustatory delights. Visitors get to rate the food prepared on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest.

The top participants who get the highest ratings get to be featured in the food blog site, Our Awesome Planet, which will help boost their popularity and sales even more.

Merry Moo, a 5-time UTT winner, is very consistent in introducing new ice cream flavors that foodies rave about. It’s proudly Filipino-made and supports the local communities.

I love the Scandalously Chocolate made from our very own Malagos Chocolate in Davao, and it actually tasted like and has a texture of Royce Chocolate. Matcha lovers would surely love the White Choco and Matcha Green Tea unique flavor combination.

Almost all the foodies during the UTT were raving about Crispy Pork Belly con Chorizo Paella by Kulinarya Kitchen. Some people also like the Seafood Salad in a Maki form. Kulinarya understands the pinoy palate and creates simple comfort food dishes to crave for.

We like Dulcelin Gourmet’s Red Rice with Shrimp Shiso & Quail Eggs which is similar to Miang kham snack in Thailand with different flavors that complement and balanced out each other in a bite size form. This is a popular appetizer in their Dulcelin Gourmet restaurant in UP Town Center. 

Dulcelin is famous for their Mango Torte, but foodies also love their Cacao con Leche 🙂

• No Registration Fee for Home-Based Food Vendors and Restaurants–but you need to provide bite-sized taste portions of your latest products (enough for 1,000 foodies).

• The top food suppliers who meet the average rating of 3.8 and above will be featured in Our Awesome Planet by October!

ULTIMATE TASTE TEST 2015 TICKETING MECHANICS:

1). Tickets for UTT 2015 will only be sold online.

2). Payments may be made through bank deposit or online via PayPal, or payments may also be made at the Creative Juice office at the 2F of Fun Ranch in Pasig. (Monday to Friday 9-5pm).

3). BANK DEPOSIT. Tickets reserved online may be paid for through bank deposit made to the following account:

A copy of the deposit slip together with the name of person who filed the reservation should be sent to Creative Juice via email at tickets.creativejuice@gmail.com for reservation to be considered confirmed. 

4). E-Ticket. After payment is made and proof of payment is received by us (Walk-in, Paypal notification or emailed bank deposit), an e-ticket will be sent via email within three (3) days at most. 

5). Validation. The e-ticket must be printed out and this will be surrendered at the event entrance on the event date. A valid ID and the original copy of the official receipt/deposit slip should be presented upon claiming. No e-ticket, no entry.

6). Kids Policy. Children aged 7 and below will be granted free entrance but no passport will be given. Should children wish to participate in the taste test, they are free to purchase a ticket at regular price.

7). Ticket Price. Ticket price is at Php500.00 per individual. Senior Citizen ticket rate is at Php400.00 each.

8). Senior citizen e-ticket holders should present a valid ID at the venue for validation. If ticket holder is not able to present a senior citizen ID, the difference in amount (P100) will be charged to him/her.  Additionally, tickets bought at the senior citizen rate are not transferrable to non-senior citizens. In the case where a senior citizen gives his/her ticket to a non-senior citizen, the new ticket-holder should pay an extra of P100 upon entrance. 

9). Payments for tickets are non-refundable.

10). Tickets may be transferable, but the ticket holder must issue an authorization letter and attach a photocopy of a valid ID to transfer use of the e-tickets.
