We tried all the available wagyu dishes. I recommend going for the ones we highlight in this blog post.

Mad for Wagyu uses American Style Kobe Beef and Australian Wagyu Grade 4-5 primarily, for less fat marbling and a more beefy taste.

STARTERS:

Mad For Wagyu-21.jpg
Course #1: Start with the Wagyu Beef Jerky, which has a texture of crispy bacon and is glazed like ham.

Mad For Wagyu-19.jpg
Course #2: Create your own Wagyu Tartare from the DIY Bar, or you can ask help from any of the chefs.

I like mine with everything on it and topped with egg and mustard.

There are two choices of sushi with wagyu…

Course #3: My favorite is the Cheesy Gyu Sushi.

APPETIZERS

Mad For Wagyu-26.jpg
Course #4: The Wagyu Beef Ball Pao Bun by Chef Andy is a better option than the Wagyu Xiao Long Bao.

Mad For Wagyu-34.jpg
Course #5: Go for the wagyu ramen soup for something hot with warm beef broth, noodles, and thin strips of wagyu meat.

Mad For Wagyu-17.jpg
Course #6: Most foodies raved about the Wagyu Shawarma!

Mad For Wagyu-31.jpg
It’s served in a pocket pita with vegetables and yogurt sauce.

Mad For Wagyu-18.jpg
You can also go crazy on the sauces! We love the Farmer’s Garlic Parsley, Honey Mustard Truffle, and the HEAT BBQ sauces.

MAIN COURSE

Mad For Wagyu-37.jpg
For the main course, go for the wagyu meat carvings first.

Mad For Wagyu-12.jpg
Course #7: I recommend the Wagyu Tomahawk over the Roast Beef version.

Mad For Wagyu-51.jpg
You can eat it medium rare, but I like my meat seared a bit medium.

Mad For Wagyu-35.jpg
You can add P750 for Unlimited Wine Pairing or P700 for Free Flowing Stella Artois on Tap.

Mad For Wagyu-2.jpg
Course #8: Go for the Marinated Wagyu Sirloin Beef instead of the Rib Eye in the barbecue station.

Mad For Wagyu-29.jpg
Course #9: The Stewed Wagyu Beef Brisket with Radish by Chef Tony is the best among the wagyu entree selections.

DESSERTS

Mad For Wagyu-41.jpg
Course #10: For dessert, order the Wagyu Chocolate Crepe shaped into the Wagyu symbol.

Mad For Wagyu-46.jpg
I like mine with mangoes, bananas, and kesong puti ice cream.
