The world famous brand from Las Vegas–Sugar Factory–is an all-family restaurant that caters to everyone of all ages! It has a unique concept of being a candy store and restaurant by day, and a hip bar by night. They have branches around the world such as in New York, Chicago, Bahrain, and Miami.
The American Brasserie is a treat for all, serving sweet and savory dishes like pancakes, salads, burgers, and pizzas throughout the day. They are most famous for their insane milkshakes and alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets adorned with candy, chocolate, sprinkles, lollipops, popcorn, and a whole lot more.

All Sugar Factory branches are made to look the same all over the world, keeping that posh black and white signature look.

In the morning, the restaurant is filled with kids and their families. But when night comes, the ambiance transforms completely, filling up with millenials looking for a place to have fun.
The candy store is full of your favorite candy and gummy treats!
Jolly Ranchers, Sneakers, Skittles, Dr. Pepper, Reese’s, and more!
Sugar Factory is known for its celebrity-endorsed Couture Pops, which have turned sweets into the latest designer accessory.
They have the Britney Spears and Kylie & Kendall Jenner ones (P1000/pc.).
They also sell candy at P130 per gram.
Bruschetta (P280). Tomato, Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oi,l and Parmesan on a Grilled Baguette.
Despite the name Sugar Factory, they have healthy options like bruschetta and salads.
Popcorn Shrimp (P295). Delicately Battered Shrimp served with your choice of Marina Sauce or Cocktail Sauce.
The popcorn shrimp was perfectly cooked. But we would have preferred the cocktail sauce over the marinara.
Chinese Chicken Salad (P440). Mixed Salad Greens, Shredded Cabbage and Crispy Wontons, Julienne Carrots, Water Chestnuts, Green Onions, Basil, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Roasted Peanuts, and Fresh Cilantro with Ginger Sesame Dressing.
This salad was just OK for us.
Sampler Platter (P820). Buttermilk Onion Rings, Crispy Chicken Fingers, Buffalo Wings, Mac & Cheese Pops. Served with Dipping Sauces.
Our favorite comfort food in one platter. The Buffalo Wings stood out from the rest–perfectly crisp and juicy with tasty tangy and spicy flavors. Best paired with their blue cheese dipping sauce.
Kids will love the bite size Mac & Cheese pops. These fried macaroni and cheese balls are crispy, creamy, and decadent. Best paired with their ranch dressing.
Red Velvet Pancakes
We loved these! Three thick and fluffy pancakes sprinkled with chunks of white chocolate, orange zest, whipped cream, and maple syrup. Drizzle with their chocolate syrup for a perfect match.
We also heard that the banana split waffles are good. 🙂
Gigantic Buttermilk Banana Pancake (P420)
The taste of sweet syrup and whipped cream followed by the buttery taste of delicate, fluffy pancakes is always a winner. Topped with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, candied walnuts, and fresh sliced sweet bananas.
Chicken Parmesan (P420). Chicken Breast seasoned, breaded, and served with our Special Tomato Sauce, Melted Mozzarella, and Rigatoni.
This chicken and pasta dish was good.
Rigatoni Marinara (P395). Rigatoni with Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic, basil, and Parmesan Cheese (add P150 for the chicken chunks).
This one was regular fare. Al dente pasta with a good tomato sauce.
The Big Cheesy Burger (P695). Angus Beef Burger topped with Melted White Cheddar, Creamy Mac & Cheese, Bacon and served with BBQ Sauce on a Toasted Potato Bun.
Order their big cheesy burger; their Angus beef patty was spot on!
Tip: You can have your bacon crisp or soggy, depending on your liking. We prefer to have them cooked to a crisp.
The Signature Sugar Factory Burger (P495). Shredded Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes, American Cheese, Blue Cheese, Crispy Onions, Signature Sauce on a potato bun.
Their patty is pretty good but needs a bit more seasoning. We liked the Angus beef patty better.
Check out their extremely ornate and Instagram-worthy milkshakes! The rich and creamy milkshakes are garnished with your favorite sprinkles, popcorn, candies, chocolates, and any other add-on you want.
We liked that the milkshakes are not as sweet as they look. These drinks are made for sharing.
Dulce de Leche Milkshake (P830). Vanilla Ice Cream blended with Dulce de Leche and topped with Whipped Cream, Waffle Cone, Unicorn Pop, and Sprinkles in a Chocolate covered mug dressed in Popcorn.
Nutella and Banana Milkshake (P890). Vanilla Ice Cream blended with Banana and Nutella and topped with Whipped Cream, Banana dipped in Chocolate, Unicorn Pop, Candy Necklace and Sprinkles in a Chocolate covered mug dressed in Sprinkles.
This is our personal favorite! 🙂
Giggles Snickers Milkshake (P890). Cookies and Ice cream blended with peanut butter. topped with whipped cream, snicker bar and blow pop in a chocolate covered mud dressed in sprinkles and snicker bites.
The cookies and cream where the highlight of the drink, with only a slight hint of the peanut butter. This was a bit too sweet for us. We prefer both the Dulce de Leche and Nutella Banana over this one.
We love how fun and nostalgic their candy inspired goblets and martinis are! You can pick up a drink of your favorite liquid candy garnished with either your favorite gummy candies or adorned with swirly lollipops and candy necklaces all in one huge goblet.
Best of all, you can enjoy them with or without alcohol! Just be careful not to get too buzzed from this sweet drink. 😉
Sour Apple Lolly (P475) (Also available without alcohol)
Order their bestseller, the sour apple lollipop martini–filled with sour apple lolly, vodka, sour mix, and apple syrup, garnished with bubble gum pop rocks that’ll give you a finish with a bang!
Grape Crush (P350) (Also available without alcohol)
Your nostalgic kiddie grape drink but with a twist. 🙂
S’mores (P380). Chocolate liqueur, choco syrup, and choco vodka.
One of their signatures drinks reminiscent of those camping days.
Lollipop Passion (P1600) (Without alcohol, P1300)
You’ll never go wrong with this bestselling tropical piña colada-flavored drink. A wonderful mix of melon, coconut and pineapple, Midori Melon, Liqueur, Bacardi Rock Coconut, and Ketel One Citroen Vodka, garnished with swirly lollipops and candy necklaces.
Ocean Blue (P900). (Without Alcohol, P400) Blueberry schnapps, Stoli blueberry vodka, and Bacardi razz.
We just love looking at the gummy sharks swimming in this blue candy-flavored drink.
The exciting part starts when they pour the dry ice over your drink. Great for sharing with friends.
White Chocolate Cheesecake (P415). Topped with Fresh Strawberries, Cookie Crumbs, and White Chocolate Ganache.

This chocolate cake was very decadent but not too sweet.
Sugar Factory is a popular place for celebrating birthday parties. There are even Bachelorette and Magic Mike nights, all accompanied by over-the-top drinks and dancing waiters.

Overall, we loved that Sugar Factory Manila is very family-oriented. They cater to both kids and adults’ desires, so everyone gets to enjoy the same three-in-one candy, restaurant, and bar concept. It’s a treat for both the eyes and taste buds, welcoming adults, children, and the child-at-heart. Kids can have fun and order their own version of mocktails, insane shakes, and other things on the menu.
Their goblets and shakes are the same sizes as those of their home branch in Las Vegas. As for their meals, the portions and prices are smaller to cater to the Pinoy appetite. The goblets and shakes are on the expensive side, given the location of the restaurant and the overall experience, but the other items on the menu are reasonably priced.
For starters, order their Sampler Platter, for brunch, their Red Velvet pancakes, and for something more filling, the Big Cheesy Burger. For drinks and dessert, we recommend the Nutella and Banana Milkshakes, S’mores, Lollipop Passion, and Sour Apple Lolly. Budget about P1,000 to P1,500 when dining in.

The owners of sugar factory don’t pay their suppliers! Do not work with these people, don’t even patronize their business. I have been contacting them for months and months. Nobody replies to my messages. When I do get a call through there is always an excuse that my payment is already being processed. I have not been paid since November 2017. Shame on them!
