The Peak is a multi-level bar, music lounge and grill roof deck restaurant in Grand Hyatt in Manila.  The concept is inspired by Penthouse Living with different homey rooms, set against the Manila Skyline backdrop, to discover.

First Things First

Grand Hyatt is the highest structure in Manila located on the corner of 8th Avenue and 35th Street in Bonifacio Global City.

We were serenaded with “Climb me to the Moon” as the elevator went up to the 60th floor.

You’ll fall in love with The Peak lobby inspired by traditional Filipino tattoo patterns, with interiors designed by Tokyo-based international design firm, Nao Taniyama & Associates.

 

The Peak Bar

Best to go before the sun sets. Go up and hang out at The Peak Bar on the 62nd floor.

You can enjoy your choice of hors d’oeuvre with champagne or cocktails to pair with your sunset experience.

You can have artisan farmhouse cheeses with bread, cracker, dried fruit, nut, chutney.

This was the best dish of the night with succulent scallops and the perfect amount of mushroom and melted gruyere.

Prawn grilled just right, with a smoky taste.

The charcoal grill is smoking hot but because of a good exhaust system, you won’t smell like one.

Pair your steak with Round Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Magnum from California, USA with a 3.4 rating in Vivino.

Congratulations to Grand Hyatt Manila for the awesome The Peak roof deck penthouse dining concept!

Best to hang out here with your loved ones from sunset until midnight, starting with cocktails, followed by a steak dinner, then entertainment in the music lounge before the wind-down at the whiskey bar.

The quality of the food and the wine are quite good but we have to go back to have a proper dinner at The Peak Grill.
