Here are the top 5 things to experience in the City of Dreams…
#1 DREAMPLAY BY DREAMWORKS
Dreamplay is an interactive and technology-rich play space with an education-based entertainment concept where both children and adults can interact with popular Dreamworks character such as Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, Madagascar by engaging through interactive activities and educational play.
We got a sneak peak inside their 12 awesome attractions and we are excited for it to open at around March!
The whole place feels like a real life video game where players are given wrist bands that are RFId enabled. Where they gain achievements and points for finishing the game.
For the adventurous type they have the Kung Fu Panda Multistory rope course, The Wall of Destiny Climbing Wall, Vertical wall of Awesomeness and the Leap of Faith. Guests can use their imagination and enjoy creating and launching their very own How to Fly Your Dragon, Whatever floats your boat and DinoTrux Repair game. It’s also a great place for the whole family to create, play, and learn as they enjoy activities such as wall climbing, toy building, 4D theaters, cooking classes, and various kinds of games.
Inside DreamPlay is DreamWorks Café, which serves noodles, dim sum, pizza, ice cream, and other family favorites. Themed private rooms good for approximately 70 persons are also available for children’s parties. Guests can also participate in various open show kitchens, and purchase Dreamworks memorabilia in the retail store also located inside the theme park.

#2 NOBU MANILA
The NOBU Restaurant is a Japanese & Peruvian-inspired restaurant by Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa in City of Dreams Manila. It’s the signature restaurant of the Nobu Hotel and the 2nd Celebrity Chef Restaurant to open in the metro.
The NOBU Restaurant Manila is a great place to celebrate your special milestones with your loved ones, or for going on a foodie date with your family and friends. The restaurant is ideal for foodies looking for better quality of food in the metro.
Make sure to order the signature dishes–Sushi Roll House Special, Rock Shrimp Creamy Spicy, and the Black Cod Miso. Don’t forget the Nobu-exclusive sake and wine.
You can really taste the flavors of the ingredients without overpowering sauces–light, balanced, and elegant.
The a la carte dishes are small portions but can be shared with 2-3 persons. And you can assemble your own 8-course degustation so you can try more dishes.
Make sure to save some space for dessert. I recommend the trio of their best desserts–Chocolate Bento Box, Guru-berii, and Miso Cappucino.
Budget P2,000-P3,000/head, or P4,000 – P6,000/head if you’re going with the Omakase.
The portions on their own aren’t very filling, and some people may find the dishes outrageously expensive for the size. But we love the attentive service staff, who go as far as wiping the table clean without you noticing it.

Pangaea Ultra Lounge is an exotic and glamourous African themed bar that caters to the more mature crowd. The two clubs Chaos and Pangaea are developed by the group led by the distinguished nightclub operator and “International King of Clubs,” Michael Van Cleef Ault.
Each Bar has a different theme…
We love how it evokes guests with a sense of exploration and exclusivity. The interior is lavished with rugs, opulent chandeliers, rich textures of animal skin, feathers, leather and other unconventional materials.
A VIP experience awaits in the Peacock Room layered with vibrant wall coverings, gold cast feathers and birdcage chandeliers.
Fun fact: The walls are made from a thousand men’s belts.
