There are a lot of people who want to introduce Fish N’ Chips in our food markets, and Fillet N’ Dips is starting to become known in Mercato and Soderno as the place to get a good one.

Instead of the fish fillet, some people prefer the fish fingers version for easier sharing (like the chicken fingers popularized by Friday’s).

The Story of Fillet N’ Dips

Fillet N’ Dips, a start-up food business, is owned and managed by brothers Tonel and JR. Our experience in selling various local food items in the Saturday market at Narra Park Ayala Alabang Village, coupled with Tonel’s marketing background and JR’s culinary education, paved the way to starting our own food business.

Since Filipinos love to eat and food is a very popular product to sell in a market or bazaar, we thought of offering food that is not commonly sold in food bazaars. Thus, the fish and chips and chicken wings concept paired with flavourful, tasty homemade dips!

After JR completed his HRM course, we started developing our food ideas. We sought the advice of friends who have been in the industry for quite some time and conducted taste test sessions with family and friends.

Fillet N’ Dips has been operating for seven months now and we are slowly gaining recognition in food bazaars and hoping to get more loyal customers! Our bestsellers are Fish and Chips, Buffalo Wings and Garlic Parmesan Wings.
