One of the reasons we continue to organize Ultimate Taste Test events is to discover new food and new food entrepreneurs like Little Bites Cupcakery.
Foodies loved their simple innovation of using the red velvet flavor for the traditional chocolate crinkles, and adding cream cheese frosting sandwiched in the middle. It’s a good dessert and a fun option if you want to give something different this Christmas season for foodies who love crinkles.

WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND YOUR FOOD?
My business mainly offers gourmet and customized cupcakes. Since I started, the most popular flavor among the selection that I have is our Classic Red Velvet Cupcake. It has been consistently our top best seller. I wanted to offer more bite sized goodies to the public, and that’s when I came up with the Red Velvet Crinkles. It was a few trials and errors before I…achieved the perfect crinkle. But to make it even more exciting, I decided to put…cream cheese frosting in between.
I launched the product in February of this year, and instantly, it became a hit.
Foodies will definitely love the food! They are soft and very chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness, plus it’s new and very affordable.
