Ultimate Taste Test XII: 4th Rockwell UTT @PowerPlantMall (A Photo Essay)

Thank you all for coming to the successful UTT12: 4th Rockwell Ultimate Taste Test at the Power Plant Mall Tent, co-presented by San Miguel Lifestyle Brews, who provided the awesome food and beer pairing for the event!

The 4th Rockwell Ultimate Taste Test is the 12th UTT event, running for 5 years now since August 2009.

Our kids liked Buffy’s Chocolate Milk and the Strawberry Yogurt Drink, all made from carabao’s milk.

The buffalo’s milk is extra creamy, which our boys love. 🙂

Most foodies raved about Bhe’st Lasagna, which is indeed one of the best lasagnas we’ve tasted. Remember to order for your next potluck dinner this Christmas season.

From the family that created Nutella Rocks comes Kisstachio…

…an oatmeal cookie made of kisses and pistachio, with Coco Natura Sugar from Sweet Fevrier.

Belly Bob’s Boneless Lechon Belly de Cebu was also a big hit among foodies.

Most people loved the chopped lechon belly and sisig. 🙂

The former owners of Red Ribbon have finally relaunched their brand as Red Spatula, starting with their iconic mamon, which comes in different flavors. I like the Dulce de Leche variant.

Foodies loved TWG Singapore’s Best Macarons!

For coffee jelly fanatics, check out Dolci Coffee Jelly (www.mydolci.com). 

The Blue Bell Red Velvet and Sea Salt Caramel was so good and one of the best ice creams in UTT12.

Best healthy snack for me–Cuptain Cupcakes‘ Roasted Cacao Nib Crunch with Chia and Flax Seeds! Nice creation from Claudine Mijares and Paolo Reyes. 🙂
