The event is sold out, and thanks for all the support for The Big Banquet 311 of the Top Caterers in Manila will battle for the title: The Best Caterer in Manila 2015.

Here are some final tips for those attending the event tomorrow July 5, Sunday:


1). Pace Yourself and Plan your Attack.

Arrive early so that you can leisurely go from one caterer to the next and enjoy the event. Here is the final list of dishes for all the caterers:

There will be two sessions: Lunch starts at 11am until 2pm, and Dinner starts at 6pm until 9pm.

Yes, your ticket entitles you to one (1) San Miguel Lifestyle Brews Beer to pair with the food from the caterers.


Please donate your beer stub for other people in the reception table if you will not be using it. 


3. Vote for the Best

You have one chip to vote for your favorite caterer for each category:

  • Best Set-Up
  • Best Appetizer
  • Best Main Dish
  • Best Dessert
  • Best Signature Dish
  • Best Signature Drink 
  • Best Service

We decided to change the rating system in favor of a popular vote so that we can determine the winners immediately after the event.


4. Enjoy the 4-Course Tasting Meal
