Their Mangga’t Suman Latik Gelato is one not to miss. It’s a deconstruction of the classic Filipino “kakanin” turned gelato.
Creamy milky flavors from the coconut milk curd (latik) with frozen mango chunks mixed with chewy sticky rice. What make’s the dessert special is the latik that reminds you of you hometown.
One of the classic flavors found in every gelato store in Italy is Bacio “Kiss” Gelato composed of chocolate hazelnut and hazelnut wholes. Manila creamery has successfully re-created that taste bringing a taste of Italy in this one.
Very deep rich hazelnut taste that reminds you of Nutella. We love the balance of both the chocolate and hazelnut.
