The lobby does not feel like a hotel counter but more of a residential reception.

… our favorite Nespresso coffee maker.
They have the best welcome snacks of Dried Mangoes, Polvoron, Shing-a-ling, Otap, Banana and Camote Chips.
The room comes with a 6-seater dining area where you can celebrate special occasions in your room.
ALTA BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served at Alta Restaurant by Chef Gaita Fores.
The entire ambiance is maaliwalas with high ceiling and lots of natural light.
Breakfast cereals, preserved fruits and nuts.
Salad, Hummus, and Tomato Mozzarella station.
Filipino and Western Breakfast selections.
Breakfast is good, nothing that stand out, but everything is pleasant.

We attended Casa Artusi’s Buon Compleanno Cibo class sharing the secrets to cooking Cibo’s well-loved dishes.

Sometimes you just want to have a quiet dinner in Alta so that you don’t have to move out of the building. Check out Alta Menu.
The Tall Club (P500 +10% service charge). Artisanal bacon, organic fried egg, chicken-spring onion salad, grilled romaine, tomato.
The gourmet club sandwich never fails to delight our kids.
★ Paccheri Al Telefono (P490 +10% service charge). Tomatoes, mozzarela, speck, cream & basil.
This is my favorite which is made of big tube pasta with a mix of red tomato and white cream sauce.
★ Pappardelle, Braised Beef Belly-Funghi Ragu (P670 +10% service charge). Parmigiano reggiano, thyme.
We love this flat pasta which absorbs the mushroom sauce and you eat it flavorful strands of the beef belly.
★ Tagliatelle, Asparagus, Truffle Cream (P600 +10% service charge). Mushroom-truffle paste.
Classic cream, truffle and asparagus combination.
Moussaka (P610 +10% service charge). Eggplant, parmigiano, homemade ricotta.
A good vegetarian option.
Boneless Chicken & Pork Adobo (P340 +10% service charge). Quail eggs, leek hay, garlic-brown butter fried rice.
If you are looking for something good value for money.
Halibut in Parchment (P600 +10% service charge). Fennel, onion, black olive confit.
Signature fish dish of Chef Gaita Fores.
Salted Caramel & Chocoalte Cake Sundae (P220 +10% service charge). Fried cashews.
Simple chocolate cake to end your meal.
Malcolm Lee’s Coconut Cream Panna Cotta (P220 +10% service charge). Gula melaka glaze, pandan jelly.
The desserts are just OK.
