Finally, Japan’s popular confectionery Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory is now open in Manila!
They are known for their luxurious treats made from the finest ingredients–Hokkaido milk and the world’s best cheeses. Light, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth, these cookies are sure to get you hooked!
In addition to their signature Salt & Camembert, Honey & Gorgonzola, and Porcini & Gouda Cookies, they also brought their French & Hokkaido Milk Cheese Cakes.
Here’s what to expect at their newly opened stores…
Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory

Two new pop-up stores opened at Mega Fashion Hall and Greenbelt 5.
The individually wrapped cookies are sold at a minimum of 10pcs (or 1 box).
The cookies are all made from Hokkaido milk. They are crispy and thin with each flavor having a perfect subtle balance.
Salt & Camembert (P580 10pcs, P1160 20pcs)
Their bestseller is the Salt & Camembert. These cookies are filled with creamy Camembert cheese, white chocolate filling in between, and French salt, creating that delicious blend of salty and sweet!
This is best paired with wine or a cup of tea.
Honey & Gorgonzola Cookie (P620 10pcs P1240 20pcs)
Made from Spanish rosemary honey and Gorgonzola cheese mixed with white chocolate, then sandwiched by two crunchy cookie layers.
Those who aren’t accustomed to the bold taste of blue cheese will find the combination of gorgonzola cheese with white chocolate and honey mellows out the cookie, giving you that rich and creamy flavor.
This is the sweetest among all the flavors.
Porcini & Gouda (P620 10pcs, P1260 20pcs)
Exquisite flavor of Gouda cheese, French salt, and Porcini mushrooms. You’ll get that creamy, rich “queso de bola” flavor from the Gouda with that nutty mushroom aroma.
We love pairing this with wine.
Milk Cheese Cake (P950)
Made from French and Hokkaido cream cheese blended with Hokkaido fresh cream and milk. The cheese and milk mousse is like an ice cream base and is delicately wrapped with crepe.
Overall, we loved Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s cookies! They’re like big squares of lengua de gato with sharp cheese flavors.
Our favorite is the Salt & Camembert, which is quite addicting once you have one.
Best to pair their cookies with either tea, cookie, fresh milk, and wine.
Thank you and congratulations to Restaurateur Bryan Tiu for bringing Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory to the Philippines!
