From being an out of this world experience with Death Cab For Cutie, Bon Iver, The Naked and Famous, and so much more, this year they are giving something that will awaken your animal instincts with Wanderland Jungle.
A yearly tradition, and already known as the biggest indie music & arts festival, Wanderland is surely to make an even bigger comeback this year.
For its 5th year (yes, we’ve come a long way), Karpos Multimedia is taking wanderers to even greater heights – with 3 stages (Wanderland Stage, Globe Stage and Jungle Stage) and a new venue (Filinvest City Event Grounds Alabang).
They are bringing in new faces, such as…

The Ting Tings: an English indie pop/rock duo who will bring out the inner wildness in everyone by making them dance to their hits “That’s Not My Name”, “Shut Up and Let Me Go” and a lot more.
Explosions In The Sky: an American post-rock group, who will definitely blow everyone with their songs “Your Hand in Mine”, “Hello” and so much more.
Yuna: a Malaysian singer/songwriter set to make her Manila debut at Wanderland. I know everyone’s just down, down, down, down, down to see her.
Purity Ring: a Canadian future pop music duo known for their hits “Fineshrine” and “begin again”. This duo will surely give everyone a taste of pure bliss with their music.
Honne: a British electronic duo who will keep us “Warm On A Cold Night” and maybe, finally, tell us that “We’re Good Together”.
Lany: an American indie pop band, recognized for their hits “ILYSB”, “pink skies” and many more. I bet no one can wait to feel how bad they love (us).
And old faces, like:
The Temper Trap: an Australian indie-alt band, who took everyone into a music trance with their song “Sweet Disposition” last Wanderland 2013. So, who knows what kind of spell they’re going to put on everyone this year?
and our very own, Up Dharma Down: an alt/indie pop band, who also played last Wanderland 2013 and put everyone in an emotional daze. So if you’re looking for a sign from “Tadhana”, then saying “Oo” to Wanderland Jungle might just be it.
Wanderers will definitely go on a wild vibe with these global acts.
More than the music, there will also be live art done by local artists.
Just a few things before you go running into the wild:
Come in your best coachella-esque outfit and be one with nature.
I don’t think anyone has successfully predicted weather in the jungle, so be prepared for the sun and the rain – aka shades, caps and a trusty poncho. (Umbrellas are allowed, except for the pointed ones)
Blankets and mats are also a necessity – for you to rest on when the jungle gets too wild.
Wanderland Jungle will unquestionably be the best one yet of its series.
So save the date, March 4, 2017, and get ready for an outrageous experience. Get your tickets now for Wanderland Jungle at wanderlandfestival.com!

This year we wanted to take our Wanderland experience further and decided to experience Wanderland in the eyes of the campers themselves. And here’s what we did…
WANDERLAND is the hippest Music & Arts Festival in the Philippines. It is unofficially the Coachella of Manila with indie band performances, live art, and imaginative experiences.
Wanderland 2014 is headlined by American indie pop band from New York, The Drums and with performances from a five piece indie folk troupe from Melbourne – The Paper Kites, and Brisbane quartet Last Dinosaurs. The music fest best performance for the night was from the Swedish breakout indie rock band – The Royal Concept.
Congratulations to all the hip Wanderers and to Karpos for the awesome Wanderland 2014!
