We tried the romantic spa couple suites. The masseuses are trained well in the use of strong pressure and proper technique.

The 2nd Floor of the Onsen Spa houses the iconic acrylic-bottomed swimming pool, wellness suites, sauna facilities, steam room, and an “Onsen”, which is Japanese for hot spring, using proprietary technology that mimics the mineral composition of hot springs in Japan.

Makati Shangri-La promises a Mother’s Day staycation indulging moms and the entire family with the grand weekend “Makati ShangCation”.
On all weekends of May, Makati Shangri-La will treat mothers to a Makati ShangCation filled with heartwarming surprises to spoil her like a queen and create new memories for the family.
The Makati ShangCation offers early hotel check-in at 10 a.m. and late check-out at 4 p.m. to maximize the family’s weekend stay. Mom will also be welcomed with a luxe beauty gift from Rustan’s.
A memorable family weekend also includes a dining feast throughout the staycation. The Spiral Master Chefs are offering their recipes for a healthy lifestyle in honor of all mothers starting with a Detox Bar, the French-style Verrine Detox, and a special sushi bar. As a collaborative effort with the athletic celebrities, Spiral Master Chefs came up with an interesting line up of healthy dishes.
Spiral’s Japanese Chef proposes a selection of fresh maki, namely Toro Taku Maki Roll, Rainbow Maki Roll, and Cactus Maki Roll for Hidilyn’s Olympian high protein diet. Go Green and Healthy this mother’s day by going on an educational eco-tour with Bambike Ecotours in Intramuros!
