Presenting Mr. Moriarty, one of the latest rooms of Mystery Manila located only in Ayala Malls The 30th branch. The name of the room is taken from Sherlock Holmes’ arch nemesis himself, the one and only mastermind who has conceived an unforgivable number of terrorist attacks and murders around the globe.

The task of the players is quite simple: While Sherlock does his best to distract Mr. Moriarty, your group, standing as Sherlock’s associates, stumble into Moriarty’s office and face mind-boggling clues, as everyone tries to locate Moriarty’s ledger, a small notebook containing all of his crimes, in order to prove him guilty and leave the office before he comes back.
Players can opt to wear Sherlock costumes with matching hats to get even more into the detective spirit.
And as the group enters the room, before lays a shelf taking up the whole length of the wall filled with books of different sizes and genre.
Players may look around in search for clues; looking at countries up close, flipping pages of books, deciphering numbers and letters or figuring out how to pick locks, and other duties that will leave the players racking their heads off, anything that will eventually lead to Moriarty’s busting of his wrongdoings.
Fortunately for me, bringing along my Sherlock-obsessed friends was a great idea because in the end my group was able to find Moriarty’s ledger (although we had to ask for clues from our gamekeeper a few times to stay on the right track…) Nonetheless we still enjoyed every bit of our sleuthing.
