Hard Rock Makati's Golden Comeback this 2020! - Awesome!

The iconic Hard Rock is back at Glorietta 3 in Makati where it all started, bringing back memories of our yuppie party days. With new global menu options, it’s a great place for live musical entertainment in the Ayala Center area.

It’s one level below its original place (now Johnny B. Good), with a narrow lengthwise layout with the stage as highlight.

Check out the Rock & Roll icon memorabilia like Carlo Santana’s guitar and a polo shirt with a 1969 Woodstock festival print design.

Hard Rock Makati upgraded their comfort food favorites and introducing the 24-Karat Gold Leaf Burger.

New Hard Rock Menu

**Spinach & Artichoke Dip (₱395)**. *A creamy blend of Parmesann and cheddar cheese, chopped spinach and artichoke hearts, served with crispy tortilla chips and toasted bruschetta.*

A good pica pica, with big nachos and cheesy dip, to munch on while waiting for the band’s first set which usually starts around 8pm.

**Three Cheese & Tomato Flatbread (₱475)**. Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with cilantro pesto.

Another good appetizer option that won’t get you too full—thin crust square pizzas with the simplest flavor of cheese and tomato.

**Classic Carribean Mojito** (₱295). A treasure favorite with a little extra jazz! *Bacardi Superior, fresh mint, lime juice and sparkling soda, with Havana Club and a powdered sugar sprinkle.*

I like the citrusy, not too sweet kind of cocktail to tease the appetite.

**Truffle Mushroom Pasta (₱695)**. Shiitake mushroom, tartufata, garlic, onion, cream, truffle oil and parmesan cheese tossed with fresh pasta.

Hard Rock now serves fresh pasta with your truffle mushroom favorite.

**Original Legendary Burger** (₱595). *The burger that started it all! Topped with smoked bacon, melted American cheese, fried onion ring, fresh crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomato.*

The burgers at Hard Rock were quite good—cooked medium, with a slice of bacon, onion rings and good form factor.

**24-Karat Gold Leaf Burger** (₱995). Premium grade beef burger, topped with a 24-karat edible gold leaf and served with American cheese, leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion. It’s pure gold – only for true rockstars! ₱50 of each burger sold will benefit our chosen charity.

An upgrade of the legendary burger with exotic gold leaf topping and more premium tasting patty for 2020.

Hickory-Smoked Ribs — **Baby Back Ribs** (₱895, ₱1,695). *Seasoned with our signature spice blend, then glazed with our house-made barbecue sauce and grilled to perfection, served with seasoned fries and coleslaw*.

These ribs were perfect rock & roll companions with a stronger hickory bbq flavor best paired with beer and alcoholic drinks.

Final Thoughts

Hard Rock Makati brings back memories, especially of us dancing the night away during our P&G days at 6750.

Every night ever since it opened, the restaurant is packed with foreigners who are familiar with the brand, Gen Xers reminiscing their rock & roll days and a new generation of audiences who appreciate the music of the 80s/90s and who have uncompromising expectations when it comes to food.
