Prepared this using a stove with cover and slow-cooked it in the lowest setting! Super easy and good with generous serving of meat and gravy!
The pork binagoongan was very good. The pork dish had a strong sweet, salty taste and very crunchy texture.
Yeeyy! Sisig cravings satisfied!
Their version of sisig had plenty of lean meat cuts, I would have preferred more chopped pork face and ears part.
Everyone was eyeing dessert even before the other meals were cooked. For the perfect meal ender, frozen fruit salad with tangy cream cheese and fruits.
