(📍Cebu City)

Radisson Blu, a 5-star hotel in Cebu, is back to provide unparalleled service and memorable stays for business travelers looking for an unforgettable leisure experience in Cebu!
We stayed for 5 days at Radisson Blu during the Cebu Food & Wine Festival and we loved the attention to details, the warm service and the food, which was quite good, at Feria and the recently opened Business Class Lounge.
Here are the best experiences in Radisson Cebu for your next trip.

Business Class Room

The Business Class Room 2001/2002 is the best because it has two window views and the bed faces the beautiful Cebu sunset.

We also loved this view with the CCLEX bridge from a distance and the bustling business activities around the hotel.

It was quite magical to see the sunset from the 20th floor vantage point and enjoy it at the comfort of our king bed.

We were welcomed with a Cebuano snack, the EatZCebu lifestyle magazine, and the Sunstar newspaper of the day.

The toilet is spacious with a well-thought-out layout for maximum comfort even if two people are using it at the same time.

The Business Class room comes with access to the Business Class Lounge and complimentary pressing of two garments per day. 🙂
Business Class Lounge

The best thing about the Business Class Lounge is you can enjoy their happy hour with a view of the Cebu skyline from 5:00-7:00pm during your stay.
(Note: Dress Code is Smart Casual—no slippers, no sleeveless.)

The cocktail food has a curated selection of cold cuts, cheese, sushi, and small bites for your chica chica session.

I would usually start with Gin & Tonic, followed by White/Red Wine before finishing with a Whisky or Rum.

We have always loved San Pellegrino con Gas ever since we tasted one in Europe, and we have been addicted to it ever since. It is always available at the Business Class Lounge!

We met one French lady when we traveled to Spain, and she advised us to drink freshly squeezed orange juice every day to fight against Covid. So when we were in Spain, we would always get a bottle from Carrefour.
Now you can also have freshly squeezed orange juice at the Business Class Lounge. 🙂

We loved the intimate breakfast on the 20/F with a limited crowd and an awesome view of the city, where you can work in your own quiet space.

Breakfast has a curated selection of salads, fruits, meats, and breads.
Open from 6:00-10:00am on Mondays-Fridays and 6:30-10:30am on Saturdays & Sundays.

Best of all you have your own chef who can cook your egg the way you like it.

Of course, we loved the crispy danggit with vinegar for breakfast!
Feria Buffet

Feria is the all-day dining buffet located on the ground floor known for its Mediterranean and Pan-Asian cuisine with emphasis on Cebuano ingredients and Indian food.

The buffet area is a sprawling space across several adjacent stations with a high ceiling so you don’t feel crowded at all at any one time.

Our favorite was, of course, all-you-can-eat Danggit! So crispy, and it went well with vinegar and fried rice.

Their chicken longganisa is also the best, and you can eat as many as you can. 🙂 Haha!

When in Cebu, you gotta try their Sikwate, hot chocolate version.

Make sure to have at least one lunch or dinner at Feria to experience it.

Chef Jyoti Singh has a cult-following for his Indian cuisine available in the buffet or in the a la carte menu as a set.

The sauce of this Mutton Rogan Josh was so good with the naan and the lamb meat was so tender, absorbing all the spices.

The Buttered Chicken was so creamy and you could taste the spices that went well with the rice. Sarap!
Pool

The pool is nice with different island nooks to have your own intimate corner. The damage of the typhoon is still visible. Loved how the greens and trees embrace the pool for a relaxing swim session.

Loved hanging out with Rache in the pool as always to get some Vitamin D and exercise with a good swim. But we always missed our kids who would have loved to just jump in and enjoy the pool all day.
ESC Spa

Finally, their Escape Spa is now open with limited operation until 8:00pm.
We are addicted to Hilot Massage and glad that they have it as one of their signature massages.

Traditional Filipino Massage using herbal leaves and
massage oil to ease body aches and tension.
The Hilot starts with a warm banana leaf compress on your back then with slow gentle strokes to ease the tension in your muscles.
This was the Best Hilot Massage we had in Cebu so far! Congrats guys. 🙂
Final Thoughts

Overall, our Radisson Blu Cebu stay was awesome—with all the resort living amenities and focus on business travelers in the city.
We fell in love with our room 2002 that came with an awesome view of the sunset and enjoyable access to the Business Class Lounge. It was easy and quick to check in and check out, to have your breakfast in peace and concentrate on your morning work, and to end the day enjoying cocktails with your special someone or your friends. 🙂 The Indian food choices at Feria were quite good and we got a chance to meet Chef Jyoti Singh at the Feria buffet. Finally, we loved the Hilot Massage at the spa, one of the best we had in Cebu!
This was the best spot to enjoy the Cebu Food & Wine Festival happening around the city with most destinations just 20-30 minutes away by Grab. We enjoyed the best Filipino regional buffet (one night only) at Feria with guest Chef Anton Abad.

I’m amazed at how Radisson Blu was able to slowly bounce back from the pandemic and the effects of Typhoon Odette. You can already see business-related and other events happening, not to mention more people during the weekends.
Congrats to the Radisson Blue team led by their General Manager, Björn-Henning Buth, and Public Relations Officer, Ian Baol, for the memorable Radisson Blu Cebu experience!
