We are excited to announce the inaugural Manila Food and Wine Festival this coming July 14-27, 2023 in partnership with Department of Tourism – National Capital Region, Cebu Food & Wine Festival, and Resto PH (Official Organization of Restaurant Owners in the Philippines).
We envision to:
1. Establish Manila/The Philippines as the newest Culinary Capital in Asia to increase food tourism in the country.
2. Showcase the best of the Philippines’ food and beverage industry, hotels and restaurants, chefs and restaurateurs, and our national and regional food culture.
3. Fuel the fire of innovation to elevate our Filipino food culture by establishing a food stamping program.

INSPIRED BY CEBU FOOD & WINE
The MFWF will draw food and wine enthusiasts from across the country to celebrate the finest in culinary arts. This festival is inspired by the Cebu Food and Wine Festival, which ran from June 3 to 17, 2023 and now on its third year. It is set to rollout in Manila, Ilocos, and Davao in partnership with the regional Department of Tourism counterparts.
The inaugural Metro Manila festival is set to launch with a two-week festival from July 14 to 27, 2023, in the National Capital Region, with sustaining activities throughout the year.

ABOUT MANILA FOOD & WINE
Manila Food & Wine Festival is a 15 day event spanning multiple venues across Metro Manila. Unlike conventional festivals that are held at a single venue over a few days, MFWF is a collection of pocket events that encourages attendees to visit as many participating venues as possible—exploring Manila and the culture Luzon has to offer.
The festival brings together local restaurants and bars with chefs, mixologists and merchants, to produce special menus and events held over this 15 day period.

1). DINING Exclusives
Create a limited-edition dining experience that showcases the best of Philippine ingredients, flavors, and food culture. You can create your own special set menu or collaborate with a chef, mixologist, or food expert. We can organize it for you if you can host the venue and ingredients for the collaboration.
2). DISH Innovation
Innovate and create a special Filipino-inspired dish that will be featured during the festival. We will include it as part of the Food Stamping program to certify its provenance, ingredients, and origin story.
3). DISCOUNTS during the Festival.
Promote your restaurants and establishments with a one-time only discounts only available during the festival.
As a participant of the inaugural Manila Food & Wine Festival, we will provide:
