FINAL THOUGHTS

Overall, I enjoyed the Bouillabaisse and Bistecca Al Forno courses, and the Ca’ dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC was an excellent pairing with the Barramundi.

The highlight for us, though, was sitting next to Rommel and Christine Juan, sharing origin stories, Gen X jokes, and aspirations for our Gen Z kids. I dared to ask Rommel about the secret to Binalot’s staying power through the pandemic, and his response was thoughtful. He said it’s not about how much money you have or how many stores you’ve opened, but about how you manage your family, mentor your kids, and guide them to become good people in this world.
