SOUFFLE DE VIE: French Fine Dining & Christmas @ The Farm!

Soufflé de Vie and The Upper Deck have officially opened at The Farm at San Benito, marking the 22nd anniversary of The Farm and launching its Christmas celebrations. This expansion reflects the growing demand for eco-sustainable dining options that complement The Farm’s wellness-focused restaurants. Originally renowned for its raw and vegetarian offerings, The Farm gradually introduced wild-caught seafood, pasture-raised chicken, and grass-fed beef to accommodate the preferences of wellness guests and their companions. Over the years, it has evolved into a wellness culinary destination, catering to leisure travelers and families while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and holistic well-being in Lipa, Batangas.

This area has been thoughtfully transformed into an elegant dining venue, complete with white linen table settings and a tranquil garden ambiance. It provides the perfect setting for an intimate French dining experience, ideal for romantic getaways or celebrating special milestones. CHRISTMAS AT THE FARM

We love how The Farm embraces the Christmas spirit with the ceremonial lighting of their eco-sustainable Christmas tree, beautifully designed by Pinky Tobiano.

We stayed in the Banaba Villa, Room #46, conveniently situated near the Upper Deck.

Explore their latest Royal Villas—Mindanao, Visayas, and Luzon—designed as luxurious presidential suites. Perfect for hosting up to eight couples or large family celebrations, these villas are ideal for Christmas reunions or New Year’s Eve parties.

Discover the Mahogany Residential Villas, which you can purchase as your own home and rent out when not in use. These villas are perfect for a longer-term wellness residential experience or as a serene retreat to enjoy with your family for an entire weekend at The Farm.

We love the healthy breakfasts at Pesce, featuring a delicious selection of vegetarian and pescatarian dishes.

I love the quality of each item, from the fresh fruits, nuts, and berries to the yogurt, eggs, and fish dishes. Instead of the usual meat silog breakfast, they offer lighter options that allow you to eat more while still feeling light and energized for the day.

After breakfast, consider getting a cellular blood screening to gain a qualitative insight into your overall health by examining the condition of your blood.

Congratulations to The Farm at San Benito culinary team on the launch of Soufflé de Vie!
