Merry Moo, a 5-time UTT winner, is very consistent in introducing new ice cream flavors that foodies rave about. It’s proudly Filipino-made and supports the local communities.

I love the Scandalously Chocolate made from our very own Malagos Chocolate in Davao, and it actually tasted like and has a texture of Royce Chocolate. Matcha lovers would surely love the White Choco and Matcha Green Tea unique flavor combination.

Almost all the foodies during the Rockwell UTT were raving about Crispy Pork Belly con Chorizo Paella by Kulinarya Kitchen. Some people also like the Seafood Salad in a Maki form. Kulinarya understands the pinoy palate and creates simple comfort food dishes to crave for.

This pinoy-inspired paella and seafood maki are great potluck option to bring for your family reunion or celebration this holiday season.

We like Dulcelin Gourmet’s Red Rice with Shrimp Shiso & Quail Eggs which is similar to Miang kham snack in Thailand with different flavors that complement and balanced out each other in a bite size form. This is a popular appetizer in their Dulcelin Gourmet restaurant in UP Town Center.

Dulcelin is famous for their Mango Torte, but foodies also love their Cacao con Leche 🙂

Blue Bell ice cream is extra creamy and quite addicting. I personally like their Sea Salt Caramel flavor.

Foodies agree that this is one of the best lasagna dishes in Manila. 🙂 It’s creamy, cheesy, and a little salty. The cheese can be overpowering though, so adding a bit more meat could help balance it out.

This is a good dish to order for potluck parties or for your celebrations this Christmas season.

Most foodies raved about the Boneless Lechon Belly de Cebu from Belly Bob’s. The lechon belly was cooked in authentic Cebu-style–crispy skin, a bit salty, no need for lechon sauce, and best paired with vinegar.

The sisig they offer got mixed reaction because it’s too oily, and reminded people of how fatty it is.

Instead of serving a whole lechon this Christmas season, consider serving Boneless Lechon Belly.

PINKBERRY surprised everyone with a healthy, palate-cleansing yogurt treat. The Salted Caramel with Almonds combination was the best and the boys kept coming back for more.

With the Yogurt Craze in Manila coming to an end, only the best will survive. I still love Pinkberry for its high quality and balanced yogurt flavor, healthy goodness, and playful toppings.

BUFFY’s is one of the best Fresh Carabao’s Milk I’ve tasted in Manila 🙂

The milk is fresh and very creamy. Most foodies rave about the Blueberry or Strawberry Yogurt flavor but I personally like the Chocolate flavor.

They are located along the Sta.Rosa – Tagaytay road in Silang Cavite. Don’t forget to pass by Buffy’s on your next trip to Tagaytay.
