The Negros Trade Fair is one of the much-awaited and longest-running provincial trade fair held annually in Metro Manila since 1985.
This year’s theme will pay tribute to the sugar industry through encouraging its exhibitors to make use of sugar, its components, as inspiration for their new product innovations.

The trade fair will feature booths from various sectors such as natural and organic food, garments, fashion accessories, furniture, décor, houseware, agriculture, and tourism. These sectors represent the alternative industries which provide for and sustain the people of Negros.
It continues to provide small and medium enterprises of Negros a venue to showcase their individual ingenuity and a platform for export trade.
If there’s one thing you should know about us Negrenses is that we love to eat good food!
Being the Sugar Capital of the Philippines, it’s no surprise that Bacolodnons love dessert. It is home to many pastry shops offering a wide variety of ridiculously affordable and generous mouthwatering desserts!
Craving for Silay delicacies? Find all of these–from piaya, inasal, and lumpia ubod, guapple pie, and family recipes –in one place!
Silay City is not just the land of wealthy hacienderos, it is also rich in history and heirloom recipes that have withstood the test of time and have become the present generation’s pride and legacy.
For those watching their weight, enjoy a tasty piaya made from coco sugar.
Instead of sampaloc, why don’t you try batuan instead?
You can also buy your favorite Negrense flavors in a bottle… I loved the gourmet squid and mussels! A must try!
Fashion! Find great finds with native inspired bags, accessories, and clothes.
They use indigenous materials embellished with leather, beads and metallic blings. You can also check out other booths offering handcrafted accessories.
Besides from fashion accessories, you can also find export quality distinctive handcrafted lamps, paintings and other home furniture.
Beautiful furniture made from natural and eco-friendly local materials such as buri, firewoods, tiger grass, and leather.
The Negros Trade Fair also celebrates the dynamic partnerships formed over the years among the Provincial Government of Negros, the Association of Negros Producers, local government units, Department of Tourism, Department of Trade and Industry, private business sectors, sponsors, and media partners, who collectively share the common goal to promote the province and strengthen small and medium enterprises from Negros.
