The Balangay is beautiful, with the sails patterned after the colors of the Philippine Flag. I can’t wait to get a chance to ride on it with my boys soon. 🙂

My great great grandfather was a fisherman who rode (or even lived) in the balangay during fishing season travelling the whole coast of Ilocos all the way to Cagayan.
