PyroMusical 2012 Battle: China vs. Netherlands

PyroMusical-China-7.jpg

The PyroMusical Battle last night was like David vs. Goliath with

China – Jinsheng Fireworks as the 2011 Defending Champion of the 2nd Philippine International PyroMusical Competition and Champion of the 13th Macau International Fireworks, versus

The Netherlands – Royal Fireworks with no pyro competition distinction.

However, I love Netherland’ss performance more than China’s and I hope they will win the 3rd Philippine International PyroMusical Competition 2012 🙂

China’s performance was divided into 5 pyromusical acts which honestly was a bit complicated to follow. I love their colorful fireworks composition and the exact precision in synchronizing the fireworks with the musical tune.

Here is China’s 2012 PyroMusical performance:

Netherlands pyromusical performance started with a simple pyro display with instrumental music and picked up when the music of “Jump” was played.

It ended with a beautiful pyromusical dance with the romantic song, Il Conti Partiro.

Full Disclosure: We got media passes for the Closeup Pyromusical Show last Saturday.

P.S. Expect superheavy traffic! Make sure you are in SM Mall of Asia grounds by 6pm. Officially the first pyromusical performance starts at 7pm but sometimes they are considerate to start late at around 8pm to accommodate people who were stuck in traffic.
