C’ Italian Dining has finally made its way to the heart of Makati. The original store in Angeles City, Pampanga first expanded in Ortigas, and recently opened their Makati branch in Salcedo Village (right across where Salcedo Market is located).
Here’s our C’ Italian Dining experience in Makati…
The ambiance has more of a casual bistro feel, with mixed chairs, wine displays, and a window to the kitchen.
There’s a private function room that resembles the feel of the Pampanga outlet, with contemporary paintings.
C’ ITALIAN MENU: C’ Super Classic Freshly Baked Panizza | Appetizer, Salads, Soup | Pasta, Risotto | ENTREE: Fish and Seafood Specials, Poultry, Beef | Dolce | Beverages | Red House and White House Wines | Italian Red Wines | Italian Sparkling Wines | Italian White Wines, New Zealand Rose Wines |
The Panizzas are their signature creations, which range from P650-P760/panizza and good for 2-4 persons.
They serve a complimentary bread basket with olive oil, pesto, and cheese.
CAESAR SALAD (P480 +10% service charge). Romaine hearts dressed with our classic garlic and anchovies dressing, topped with parmesan cheese, bacon bits, and freshly baked croutons.
You can start of with a classic caesar salad with fresh greens, freshly baked croutons, and well-blended garlic and anchovy dressing. A bit expensive though at P500.
✮ GAMBERO AGLIO OLIO (P475 +10% service charge). Shrimp cooked in olive oil with garlic and red peppers.
I thought this was really good, with enough servings of shrimps soaked in olive oil and garlic flavors.
✮ ROLLS ROYCE PANIZZA (P760 +10% service charge). Salami, shrimp, US scallop flakes, sundried tomatoes.
The panizzas are thin crust pizzas sliced into 8 strips, with crusty edges and flavorful toppings.
The idea is to get a strip of the pizza…
…and roll it with arugula and alfalfa sprouts.
Each panizza roll bursts with flavor. The cheese and oil are balanced by the bitterness of the arugula and the unique taste of the alfalfa. You can consume one roll in a single bite but it’s a bit filling.
LINGUINE CON FRUTI DI MARE (P710 +10% service charge). A blend of salmon, mahi-mahi, prawns, imported mussels in light virgin olive oil and pomodoro sauce.
The pasta was just OK, and a bit expensive.
(TIP: Gino’s Pizza is just around the corner, and they offer house-made pasta with more unique flavor combinations and a pricing that ranges from P170-P320 only).
CERTIFIED ANGUS RIB EYE STEAK (P1,900 – 340g +10% service charge). All our steak served with caramelized onion roasted potatoes, Italian broccoli, and baked pumpkin slice.
The steak was good, cooked medium well, tender and flavorful on each bite. Pricing is a bit on the high side at P600 per 100g. I like that it’s served with potatoes, broccoli, and pumpkin slice.
It’s great to finally have C’ Italian Dining available in Salcedo Village Makati! 🙂
I would recommend the Panizzas and the Gamber Aglio Olio.
Budget about P500/head if you’re just going for the panizza, and around P1,000/head if you order the pastas and steaks.
It’s a conducive place for meetings with officemates and friends. Reserve the private area for bigger groups.

P.S. Chef Chris Locher is no longer connected with C’ Italian Dining and has opened his own restaurants, My Kitchen in Malate and RECESS along Jupiter Street. Their panizza pricing is relatively the same.
Very luxurious and elegant restaurant. I really want to try that super thin pizza! 🙂
