SCOUT’S HONOR by Chef Miko Aspiras is one of the first Craft Cookie Shop concepts in Manila. It offers make-your-own craft cookies with milk pairing, as well as the chef’s signature, classic cookies.
Chef Miko is one of the most talented pastry chefs in the country today and is currently making waves as the head pastry chef of Magnum Philippines, and the recently opened Magnum Cafe in Malaysia.

SCOUT’S HONOR MENU: Craft Cookie | Classic Scout’s Cookie | Cookie + Milk | Beverages and Ice Cream
I highly recommend creating your own cookie. You start with choosing from 6 mother dough options:
- Basic chewy cookie
- Double chocolate fudge
- Molasses oatmeal cookie
- Vegan cookie
- Peanut butter cookie (no sugar added)
- Herbed shortbread cookie
Try the Molasses Oatmeal cookie mixed with the Basic Chewy cookie dough. 🙂
Next, choose 3 cookie toppings from the following options:
- Chocolate chunks + chips: milk, dark, white
- Vegan chocolate
- Raisins
- Cranberries
- Dates
- Trail mix: salted nuts, oats, dried fruits
- Oreo
- Kitkat
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Marshmallows
- Salty pretzel
- Roasted macadamia
- Roasted hazelnut
- Candied bacon/ ham
- Cheese: cheddar, Gruyere, Gouda mix
- Cream cheese
- Philippine dried mango
- Pastillas
- Peanut brittle
I suggest topping your cookie with Dark Chocolate (made a mix of Callebaut chips, DGF, Valhrona, and Beryl’s Chocolate), a little bit of Hazelnut, and Batangas Pastillas.
(It would be nice to also have a Filipino Dark Chocolate mix of Malagos, Risa, and Theo & Philo chocolates.)
The cookie is soft-baked for 8 minutes before it is served. You can also order it a la mode with Fog City Creamery ice cream. 🙂
You can sit anywhere around the Hole in the Wall dining area. The best seats are near the Scout’s Honor shop.
I love my soft chewy oatmeal cookie with crunchy chocolatey toppings! Best eaten while hot.
✮ One Craft Cookie with Craft Milk (P200).
The hot cookie is best paired with their plain whole or non-fat milk.
You can also buy a selection of classic cookies if you don’t want to create your own. A great pasalubong for your kids.
✮ CEREAL COOKIE BAR (P95). Molasses oatmeal cookie + topped with American buttercream and cereals.
My favorite is this long oatmeal cookie topped with crunchy cereal in buttercream.
✮ COOKIE INCEPTION (P95). Cookie within a cookie within a cookie: Oreo + double chocolate fudge + chocolate chip.
For chocolate cookie addicts, try this Oreo cookie wrapped in double chocolate fudge, and wrapped again in a chocolate chip cookie. This is inspired by the movie Inception’s concept of a dream within a dream within a dream.
✮ MATCHA SESAME (P95). Green tea + milk chocolate chip cookie sandwich + roasted black sesame + white chocolate filling.
I also recommend this crunchy matcha cookie with bitter black sesame for a contrasting flavor.
S’MORES-TAG-ALONGS (P95). Double shortbread cookie + milk chocolate layers + topped with campfire marshmallows + sprinkled with graham crumble.

We were impressed with Scout’s Honor, which is a great dessert or snack place, especially with the kids.
I recommend their Create-your-own Cookie paired with whole milk. You should also try my favorites from the classic cookie creations–the Cereal Cookie Bar and the Cookie Inception.
The cookies are good for sharing. Budget about P200/head.
