Make sure to reserve a table, a private room, or this circular corner table for added privacy.
Start off with the spicy lobster maki and…
…lobster soup for your appetizer.
The most popular lobster is the Boston Lobster known for its giant claws.
The Boston lobsters are farmed lobsters imported from Canada.
It’s a bit messy to eat. You have to use your hands to crack open the claws first, then the tail, and finally the body.
You can have your lobster grilled or steamed.
Most foodies prefer to cook it in butter-garlic or with bechamel sauce.
The Pacific Lobsters are bigger. These have a more ocean-y taste and tougher meat.
Our favorite is the rock lobsters from Palawan because they are fresh and sustainably caught from the waters of Coron.
They have 4 pairs of walking legs, 2 long big antennae, and a big lobster tail. These have the tastiest meat among all the lobsters.
Make sure to wear your disposable gloves and use your hands to savor the lobsters.
You can add P700++ for an unlimited wine option. I like to pair my lobster with the Silver Creek white wine.
In the middle of your meal, you can play the fishing game for a chance to win cool gifts, discounts, and…
Watch out for this cool resident magician to show you some up-close magic tricks.
For dessert, make sure to order the Lobster crepe…
…topped with Boston Lobster meat, berries, cranberry sauce, and a scoop of kesong puti ice cream.
Congrats to German Executive Chef Tobias Unger and the HEAT team for a brilliant Mad for Lobster concept!
We love the Palawan Lobster tails grilled or steamed because the meat itself is very tasty. Order the Boston Lobster cooked in butter garlic or bechamel sauce.
For dessert, don’t forget to order the Lobster crepe and customize your own toppings.
