This year’s Ultimate Taste Test is called Pro Edition because:• The Ultimate Winner will receive Financial Investment & Business Support from Eric Dee of Foodee Global Concepts worth up to PHP5 Million to launch a guaranteed food stall, kiosk, or restaurant in an Ayala Establishment.
• Quark Henares of Globe Studios is creating an Ultimate Taste Test Startup Food Entrepreneur Online Show hosted by the lovely Patti Grandidge Herrera.

Ultimate Taste Test Pro Edition is a two-day food festival with a UTT Popup Food Hall setup in the center of Glorietta!
We conducted an Ultimate Taste Test Auditions last August 17 and 18 at Todd English Food Hall.
Only the best ones that passed the Judges criteria gets to move on to the Ultimate Taste Test Event on September 2-3, 2017.
We curated a total of 30 vendors that will be featured and compete in the Ultimate Taste Test Pro Edition!

We have more savory items this year and may be best enjoyed with San Miguel Lifestyle Brews Beer Pairing.
• San Miguel Premium All Malt is typically best paired with chicken and fish. It’s a good beer to start with as you go from smooth to dry to bold flavored beer.
• San Miguel Super Dry is usually best paired with pork and beef. Most beer connoisseurs like Super Dry because of the hoppy flavor and extra dry taste
• Cerveza Negra is typically paired with dessert specially with chocolate which pairs nicely with the caramel tones of the beer.

Remember, it’s not a buffet. The goal is to discover new food and taste new flavor and not to eat as many as you want.
