Here are the awesome winter activities in Hong Kong this December season:
A Symphony of Lights (new edition)

Highlights:
Since 2004, A Symphony of Lights has dazzled Victoria Harbour nightly with a magnificent display of dynamic lights synchronized to music. It was awarded the world’s ‘Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show’ by Guinness World Records in 2005.
A brand new light show with music performed by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra has been unveiled on 1 December 2017, with over 40 iconic buildings on both sides of the harbor erupting in a sensational spectacle.
Show Music:
Spectators can listen to the show’s music live nightly at the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade outside the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, and the waterfront outside the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai.
Time: 8:00pm nightly (about 10 minutes)
Venue: Over 40 buildings along the waterfront of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon
Vantage Points & How to Get There:
• Viewing Deck, Hong Kong Cultural Centre & Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade outside the Hong Kong Cultural Centre:
MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Exit L6 or J. Follow the signs and walk for around five minutes.
• Golden Bauhinia Square:
MTR Wan Chai Station, Exit A5. Follow the signs, take the skybridge to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and head for the Golden Bauhinia Square. The walk takes around 15 minutes.

Hong Kong Pulse Light Show

Hong Kong Pulse Light Show is an exhilarating multimedia performance with spectacular lighting effects, 3D projection mapping, music and sound effects at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Open Piazza. Coinciding with Hong Kong WinterFest, this mesmerizing display will add a splash of color to your holidays.

The music of Hong Kong Pulse Light Show is broadcast every night at the Open Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

The Statue Square Christmas Tree

This winter, you will find a dazzling Christmas tree in a forest of glittering skyscrapers in the heart of the city in Statue Square. Hong Kong New Year Countdown Celebrations
Highlights:
A party atmosphere will take over the entire city on New Year’s Eve as throngs of cheering revelers take part in the countdown celebrations to welcome the new year. When the clock ticks down to midnight, heart-pounding fireworks and pyrotechnics will light up Hong Kong’s skies, exploding in a radiant shower of lights to illuminate beautiful Victoria Harbour.
