Fried Rice with Duck and Salted Egg

It was perfect with salted fried rice but for adults…

…Go for the healthier fried rice using Adlai barley-type rice. 🙂

A Chinese celebration is not complete without the Peking duck as highlight.

We ordered a half-duck, and it was sliced table-side.

Roasted Duck Hong Kong Style

Each thin Chinese pancake had a slice of duck meat, crispy skin, green onion leeks and hoisin sauce inside.

You can also have the mango sago with almond bean curd for a refreshing flavor.

Final Thoughts

Definitely, this is still the best Chinese Restaurant in Alabang for its dim sum and special Cantonese dishes. 🙂

I loved the spacious distance from one table to the next and the high ceiling makes dining more pleasant. Go during lunch so you can satisfy your dim sum craving to start with and still experience their unique take on Chinese dishes for your lauriat celebration. Budget about Php 1,200/head.
