Baked Almond Cruster Salmon (Php 550)

My favorite would be their crunchy almond-crusted salmon. I like the buttery toasted flavor paired with the sweet marinade.

To my surprise, it looked like there would only be one salmon fillet, but the whole dish was filled in all corners with the wonderfully cooked fish.

Classic Slow Roast Sirloin of Beef (Php 500)

The crowd favorite is their original recipe tender roast beef with mushroom sauce and garlic chips.

Rellenong Bangus (₱270.00)
Stuffed milkfish with mixture of bangus flakes, chorizo bilbao, egg, raisins, potato, bell pepper, celery and garlic.

Considered to be delicacy this stuffed milkfish is one comfort food that I’ve been missing. The meat was juicy and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness.

Laing (Php 190)

The Laing is a Bicolano dish made of dried taro leaves coconut milk, cooked with pork belly, and chili peppers. We liked their laing’s creamy spicy flavors.

Adobong Pusit (Php 290)

The flavorful adobo pusit was a bit salty for my preference, best pair it with rice.

Bibingka Classic (6pcs) (Php 220)

The bibingka is topped with salted egg and comes with fresh shaved coconut. Best to eat the fresh coconut on the same day or it might spoil.

Blueberry Cheesecake (Php 280)

The blueberry cheesecake was the perfect ender to our savory meal. It was a hit, with everyone finishing it in one sitting!
